I'm no stranger to Papa Murphy's, and was very impressed with this location. I went on Valentine's Day and although they were very busy the staff was still very friendly, and the store clean. Our pizza was a big hit to all. I'll be back!

Sign says they close at 8 pm. All lights were off and everything looked shut down. It was 7:15. Asked if they were still open and one employee said yes we can come in if we want to. Cool. Didn't get a chance to add my rewards number when ordering, even tipped, still got some kind of attitude from the young woman who I think was the manager, seemed like she had a date that she was late for, much sighing and eye rolls. Not in uniform. The young person who made our pizza was nice but clearly was going to get stuck closing by themselves and coworkers didn't seem particularly helpful. I worked at Little Caesars when I was a teenager and we were open until 11 pm and even if someone came in at 10:55, we had to bake them a pizza that took at least 3 minutes to prepare and 8 minutes to cook. There's not even a lot of dishes to wash if you are picking up a pizza to take and bake. I still had to mop the lobby after it was closed, and this place looked pristine, so what is the problem? If you don't want customers that's fine, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've been a fan of Papa Murphy's take-and-bake for as long as they've been around. Since we moved to the Olympia/Lacey area, we've gone to the Sleater Kinney/Pacific Ave location, and they have not disappointed. The food is always made perfectly and bakes up at home according to instructions. This location has never once gotten my order wrong, and my orders (I always order in-app) are always ready by the time I arrive. The staff is super friendly and the interior looks clean enough that you could eat off the floor, and in a fast-food place with a younger staff, that is not super common these days. Since this food isn't cooked there, I believe you can use EBT there, but I don't know if that's for everything they offer. However you pay, you get way more bang for your buck than you do at most pizza chains, since that 12 minutes you need to cook a pizza saves you a lot of money. For our family it's worth it. Friendly word of warning: If you think you can bake two pizzas on different racks at once and have them finish at the same time, you'd be wrong. That's not Papa Murphy's fault, that's just thermodynamics. Or something.

Promote the women on staff who will make sure you have everything your order and know where things are and get rid of the guys standing around or treating people like you are trying to rob the place for wanting more than one salad dressing for 2 salads (this has happened multiple times). Why are they managers when they have to keep asking other staff where things are?
Great salads & Then Taco pizza ( here right now for a limited time) they really need to put this on the regular menu because it is the bomb. I also love the chicken bacon artichoke and that cowboy is really good too

A wonderful Papa Murphy's location! Staff were extremely patient and were kind enough to explain the ingredients they use with each pizza order. They absolutely were able to cater to a vegan request and the pizzas turned out absolutely great!
