We frequent this Pizza Hut location for carryout and they provide consistently good food and service within the time frame promised on the app after ordering. I love the convenience of ordering and paying on the app so that saves time and steps when picking up our order. The atmosphere is not applicable to us, as we walk in only long enough to retrieve our food and leave quickly. I'm also a fan of ordering from "deals" or using earned rewards to make it more affordable to our budget.
Parking: Parking is limited. During the day the businesses on either side make finding a spot tricky but some close around 5:30 so that helps at night. On the positive side - many vehicles are parked for only 5 minutes or less as they are in & out to pick up their orders.
We ordered a big dinner box for two pizzas, bread sticks and wings, as well as two 2-liters. Not sure why but the order was picked up by DoorDash even though I ordered from the Pizza Hut website which made the order take 30 minutes longer than the Delivery Time given. The Dasher showed up with the box but no drinks so we had to contact the store. The woman on the phone was helpful and polite but her manager was rude and didn't care about the issue enough to make it a priority. I could hear him while she explained the situation and his attitude was basically, "deal with it". The woman told me they'd send a driver out when available. Then, again I started getting notifications from DoorDash so they sent the drinks with another Dasher who also took over half an hour and got lost. The pizzas were both undercooked and doughy, I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them.

This Pizza Hut should be nicknamed Con Hut. They charged our debit card way over the amount on the receipt and when we called them about it the GM just gave a run around saying there is nothing they can do.

Ordered online. Took over an hour to arrive and the food was cold. They’re using DoorDash now, which seems to make everything slow. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pizza Hut is always my go to for a quick meal. My family loves it and we go there about once a week. We love the wings, cheese crust pizza, and cinnamon buns. Yum!
Parking: There are numerous spots available for parking. Sometimes there is limited parking available during high volume ordering, but for the most part, I have always gotten a space.
Pizza Hut's app and website are trash. Its very frustrating when it never loads and takes forever to place an order or logs you out randomly. I literally have this issue anytime I order via the site whether its from my phone or macbook.
