Service was terrible. Super slow maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant. Burger was so greasy the bun was saturated in it. Couldn’t eat. Paid bill and left really bummed we didn’t just go to the Olympia one. Atleast we get more than five fries there. Our kids meal was bigger than ours. Really deserves a 0

Just had the most amazing service!! Best we have ever had actually!! Veronica never let us run out of fries, napkins or drinks!! Key and Veronica made sure we went home with extra fries even. They got fries to us before our burgers even came! With how busy it was I was sure we wouldn't have very good service but Veronica and Key proved me wrong and we couldn't have been more satisfied!!

Best burger I've had in years and the fries were perfectly done. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Service could've been faster, but they were short staffed. The staff that was there there did a great job and really hustled. Overall, looking forward to my next trip.

I always order ahead, and my food is never ready. Last time I was there, an older lady with a walker had been waiting for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Then I showed up and it was another 10 minutes before anyone even talked to her. Plus ten more for my food.

My wife and visited the Lacey Red Robin on Friday 11/21/2025 were seated at table 37. We were seated immediately, sat for 45 minutes no one came to the table so we got up and left. No one even bothered to notice. We relocated to the Lacey Ram were seated in minutes, had drinks within 10mins. Foods already ordered ...Never Again Lacey Red Robin!!!!

(Update, 11-15-25). My wife and her sister and myself had lunch. I had the Royal Red Robin Burger which was excellent. Prices are higher now but not overly so. Our waiter was very attentive, responding quickly to our needs. Red Robin continues to be one of our favorite burger restaurants.

The food is always good at Red Robin! My wife and I have enjoyed our visit on every occasion!

I have not been a big fan of Red Robin in the past, but my latest visit was such an improvement over past visits!

So iv been twice now in the last month and both times were negative. First time we sat at the bar to eat and watch the Mariners game. We had to ask repeatedly for napkins and never got a drink refill. Okay maybe they were just busy right? It happens. So this time we get sat at a table near the front window. The table was visibly dirty and when I sat I could see the 4 inch gap between the seat and the window was littered with old wrappers and nasty grime. The foods good, but this location is dirty I feel.

Hadn't been to RR for quite awhile. Our retiree group went and I had the $9.99 burger special. It was mighty tasty. Service was great.

Waitress was great in the bar. Food was a little slow with the sweet potato fries not even warm. We ate them cold and requested another order of fries. It was over 10 minutes to just get fries and they brought the regular fries instead. I explained to the girl that brought them that they were the wrong fries. She said she would get the sweet potatoe fries for us. 15 minutes goes by and no fries so we checked out and left. If you are providing bottomless fries I would think a more timely time would be 5 minutes. Very disappointed in Red Robin today. Once again the lack of service let us down. Service was a major problem at this location 3 years ago after I received very poor service for 3 visits in a row. I quit coming here for 2 years and when I came back the service was great.
