Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered a burger that was supposed to come with bacon crumbles and I received a pound of mayonnaise instead.

Not haute cuisine, but super yummy factors. The best was our server. We were in the bar section. Young woman (Saturday 3/22 about 6 pm. I'm giving this time because I forgot her name, but wow! She was on it the whole time we were there. Never had to even blink and she knew what we needed or wanted. She was fun. Gave us space to visit in a family friendly place (read louder). Honestly she was the best part of our visit. I'm so sad I didn't remember her name because she was as much a part of having a good time as the food and the company of a good visit. Kudos and loved the experience.

UNDERCOOKED BURGERS went in on Friday 3/21/25 both me and my partner had EXTREMELY undercooked burgers… never asked for a refill never asked if we wanted more fries ( bottomless fries) my two children’s meals were fine… I ordered a water for one of my daughters the waiter came with chocolate milk, they “fixed” the drink with a sprite….. and not a water…. Third time fixing the drink they finally came back with water… never offered half off our adult meals just simply took off my partners meal cost and remade mine but with full charge unacceptable from a business…. DO NOT GO HERE THE PLACE IS A WRECK. Both pictures are different burgers ( me and my partner’s meal….)

Was the best experience I've had at Red Robin!! Our server Emma was so kind and quick to help us with anything we needed! We celebrated my sons birthday and all of the servers were so sweet and made our son feel extra special. The hostess when we walked in really set the tone her name was keyara. I immediately felt welcomed and could tell the atmosphere was going to be warm and inviting. The food was FANTASTIC!! Hands down best Red Robin I've been to!!!!

Horrible....this place doesn't earn their tips. Tips come from good service! We arrived to pick up our pick up order at the time requested in the email. Called in gave our spot and waited 20 more minutes and got annoyed so we went inside to find it was just sitting in the back??....so food isn't even hot...horrible. while we watched like 3 other people come pull up and get their food real fast.....it wasn't even busy either. This crew sucks tonight.

This location stinks, like literally, and the food takes forever for no reason. The fries were soggy and not the normal experience. The hostess had no idea how to seat people and everyone I saw her seat after me asked to go sit somewhere else. I came in alone and she tried to seat me a large round table in the middle of the room. I asked if she had something smaller and out of the way. She said we don’t have anything clean. I said ok I’ll wait while you clean one. Just oblivious. It’s been 35 minutes since I ordered my blue ribbon burger and onion rings and it just showed up at the table. Mind you I got 5 onion rings for $3.99 with my meal. 5. And the fries I ordered as a side have been empty for 20 minutes. The burger is flavorless even with the onion straws and bleu cheese. Definitely not worth the $18 I paid. Plus the $3.99 for my 5 onion rings. That are soggy like the fries. I won’t be back, this location is awful. The only thing that was good was the Casamigos Cadillac Margarita.

The food was very bland no flavor at all. My burger had no teriyaki flavor at all. The service was poor took 15 min to get drinks ordered, 15 mins to get the drinks, and 30 min for food.

We ordered online, app said ready in 20 minutes, arrived with a few minutes to spare. 45 minutes and 2 checkins after the timeframe and no “sorry for the wait” or acknowledgment that we’d been waiting our food was brought out.

My family ate here this evening for dinner. Our waiter was Andrew. He was excellent and made our evening so nice. Thank you Andrew for the wonderful evening.

The cooks can never seem to get my order right. We were there Saturday night, and aside from our server, the service was abysmal at best. The cooks got ours and several other patrons' orders wrong. We were not the only unhappy customers there. Staff were busy flirting with each other and hanging around chit chatting.
We waited for our food for a long while, and when it came out, they had messed up both of our burgers, and our fries were cold. When telling the person that our burgers were wrong, she was rude to me, as if it was my mistake to even mention it.
I don't think I will be patronizing Red Robin anymore. The food is overpriced for what you get and the service terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else if you are looking for a quality meal.
