HP Red Robin has really stepped it up. They must have hired new or more staff… Emma in the bar is amazing! The food came out fast and delicious, the staff is so friendly now.Way to go!

Food was cold. The service was lackluster. The most annoying thing was the hostesses dressed up and acting like a royal ? court from the jousting ages. Talking and walking so fast ahead of us. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Overall not a great time.

When I had went the service was great I can't remeber the servers name but she was respectful answered all questions with ease and never had to be asked for a refill. Food was delicious and came out warm 8.5/10
The Hubs had fish and chips. He said the fish was moist, flakey, and perfect. Hugs pieces of fish. I had the crispy chicken sandwich! YUM!Parking: Parking can be a hassle because there are multiple businesses. Also, the parking lot is tight!

I recently did a to go order and i didn’t get the sauces or the utensils i requested. Once i realized i went inside and i felt overlooked by host and i think the manager Lily noticed that. But as soon as she come up she made sure to get me all my sauces and utensils i needed without any hassle. I will definitely be coming back as long as Lily is around.

Went on a Sunday (St Patrick’s day) it wasn’t that busy. They seem to be short staffed since our server said he was a temporary and he was nice but my drink didn’t come out correct. (No fruit and no alcohol) the female manager I assume since she was in regular clothing. Took my drink and I told her I would have a Cadillac margarita she went behind bar made 2 Mai tai’s for the couple at the bar and never made mine, then took out food to few other tables. I was done and said I didn’t want it now. They charged me for both drinks until I said I wasn’t paying cause she took my first one and never brought me the other one. ( they took both off bill). My teriyaki burger was good but fries ok. Usually way better. Seem cold and bottom of basket/whatever was left in kitchen. My husband had the avo Cabo salad and didn’t care for it. We haven’t been here for awhile and it seems to really be going down hill. Not very clean, service not as good and food ok. Not as good as it use to be. Disappointed.

I have to say this is probably the worst Red Robin for fish and chips if you have this meal here. The fish portions were very small and tasted frozen not freshly hand battered like I have had at other red robin locations.

Dined in on a Friday that surprisingly was busy enough to keep the three greeters at the door busy instead of just standing at the podium chatting or the handful of other store employees in the kitchen chatting with laughter while one... ONE waitress was taking orders and bussing tables.We would have expected that with all the people in the kitchen that when the appetizers came out it wouldn't be as overcooked as it was.Or the fish meals we ordered to be a bit under done.It was nice of the waitress to take off the product that really was not up to our standards but the evening getting home my girlfriend and I both were feeling extremely ill after that meal and she puked up everything she had.Bathrooms were not clean and the restaurant really could have used more of the hands on deck that were just hanging out.Can't say that we'll be back to that establishment anytime soon.
