I don't leave 5 star reviews. I'm not easy to impress at 5-star level. That *needs* saved for the best of the best, otherwise it serves no purpose. This restaurant is the finest steak I've ever ate in 40 years. Good beer. Eeeeeextraordinary service. Memorable experience for a lifetime. Ben did great, as did the very young man at the front with brown hair. The team coordinated well, the Tomahawk was so good, my gf cried (she likes food okay?). It was her birthday. I tipped well but will be sending a gift in the mail for this wonderful, literally perfect experience. One of my best friends runs the hottest restaurant and bar in Kailua-Kona. He's famous. He would also be proud. Good jobs men, you deserve something special. As a man who's grown from homeless shelter to making millions (as a business owner), I know how hard it is to find good help. The owner is going to want to retain these kids. They are kids...the need trained, but keep these kids. They have a myriad of personality characteristics both good and bad, but with the right teacher...I see a lot of potential.I will be sending a card with some cash. There are a few places like Ricardo‘s in the world, so if you have an opportunity to come here, I highly recommend it. The food is perfectly made with excellent quality, the service is great, the atmosphere is classy, cozy. This is one of those places where I really don’t have to say much; it sells itself really. Nothing to critique, you really just need to come and enjoy the excellent food. There are a few places like it around here, if any.Parking: They have it.

Great steaks!! Just perfectly cooked. Served hot which is rare. But…. Everything else is slightly above mediocre. Lobster bisque could be called anything cause it doesn’t taste like anything. Good wine list at decent prices.Parking: Awful parking.

Delightful place to visit as always. Got to sit in the lounge area for the 1st time, not bad at all. Would do it again on the next visit. Spent over $800 for a dinner for 6 people. The most I've spent on any meal in any restaurant at one time, so if you're deciding to go there for the 1st time, I'd say be ready for that. It'll be a long while till we visit again lol.Parking: Parking spots infront of the restaurant is almost always full. More available to the right side of the building, which is where EV charging stations are as well.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly restaurant atmosphere with kids menu available.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible, restaurant is located right there on the ground floor.

Everything about our experience was fantastic. Our server Ben was super knowledgeable about everything they offered and helped guide us through our experience. The food was out of this world. I didnt want the meal to end. I highly reccomend the dry aged rib-eye with the crab Ricardo’s style. I will NEVER disappoint. Thank you for making that dinner one of the best we have ever had. We will be back for sure!!! Cheers!!
