It is better some days than others. They didn't have what I came for, but I found an option suitable enough... I guess. I will say that most days I'd give it a 4 or 5. It's much better than Walmart. My main problem is- codes to the bathroom not only seem to never change, but they're given out freely. The word has spread, apparently. I say this because there is notable drug activity in every safeway bathroom I've been in.With children and my husband, someone is going to need to use the bathroom . Especially with none other than Starbucks located right beside them usually. Overall, it is a good store conveniently located to me and if you look some pretty good deals most of the time.

You lost a 23-year customer today. I will never shop with you again. I came to buy 8 cans of soup and 4 packages of pasta that are on sale, marked on sale on the shelves, and advertised on sale. I retrieved the items, a package of pork chops also on sale, and some chocolate cherries, also on sale. Got up to the checkout ... finally ... after waiting fifteen minutes. My checker, Kris, was surly and unfriendly. I smiled and ran my card .. that's when I found out that NONE of the sale prices were applied. I was directed to the customer service counter to obtain a refund. I waited 20 more minutes for help while the service rep was taking her break in the back room. When she finally got back, she informed me that she would have to walk out and check each sale price ... Tick-Tok ... minutes later, she comes back and tells me the sale prices were all digital coupons and seeing I had not taken a picture of the item, the sale price did not apply. I told her that I don't know how to do that, and I don't have my phone set up that way. She gave me an exasperated look, and said, "You should learn. It is the way things are being done now." I demanded a complete refund of my order - which she could not apply to my card but gave me cash instead - and I walked out of your store for the last time. A sale price is a sale price or should be. Quite frankly, I'm tired of being treated like a phone number and not a customer.

I love Cheaper Chicken Mondays ... 8 pcs for $5.99 and the people are great there ...I can smile there and feel good about being there ...they are really helpful and will go out of their way for customers and even recommend things on sale ...that I really like, I was buying ice cream and asked for help and recommend the store brand cause it was way cheaper and that Select stuff is just as good and sometimes even better

My shopping experiences at this Safeway in general have always been more on the pleasant side. The employees have a tendency to be more responsive and friendlier than I have come to expect in most stores. However, I would like to bring attention to one employee in particular. I was looking for a blend of spices and had searched for some time among other stores with poor success. I could not find these spices in this store either, so I asked an employee if they carried any. Since he did not work in that department, he directed me to Raafy, who then proceeded to go far above and beyond the call of duty in order to give me a definitive answer. He first searched the spice aisle, then he went to inquire. He got no results and so, after coming to inform me that he still had one my thing to try, he made another inquiry. The end result was still that I left the store without the spices since they were not in stock, but Raafy made me feel as though my business as a customer was highly important. He dedicated his time and effort to solving my problem or making sure that he had exhausted all avenues for doing so. It is a rare experience in today's world. I left the store highly satisfied, even though I left empty-handed. Thank you, Raafy, for your hard work.

The store is ok. Most of the staff is friendly. The prices are ok. I wish they had a better bakery.

This location just lost a customer. I am currently on a road trip from out of state and I stopped in the parking lot 90 minutes before opening. Dosed off, and minutes later, I have a blinding light flashing in myface from the mobile PD/parking lot surveillance and someone on a loud speaker threatening me. All because I was parked in the parking lot taking a nap waiting for the store to open? Seriously? I won't be coming back here again. This is madness. Some more kindness toward tired customers would be nice.

They did a wonderful job on cupcakes for my son's class on his birthday. The decorator made sure everything was there to fullful the order before I left, which made my mind feel at ease. I went to a few stores that did have Mario available. I wanted to get the whipped frosting, unfortunately it contains nuts but everything turned out great.

Trash customer service at the register, how does one employee wait until people who've already put all of their food on the counter decide to say that she's closing her lane..... if you don't want to work in Customer Service get another job no one wants to deal with rude ass employees

Back in for lunch 8.30.22. Korean beef and sesame chicken and fried rice. Service great and food hot and good. Price 9.99. So a bit of increase since last year but acceptable for these times. I enjoy stopping in for lunch.

Christmas day I went in to buy a cake. They were out of what we'd originally planned to get. No big deal, it's Christmas and we have to take what's left. I understand and I'm totally fine with that. After calling to check in with my kids about what they wanted from what is left I looked everywhere to find someone to get it out of the bakery case. A couple of people were cleaning up a spill and I didn't want to disturb them so I patient waited to find someone else. When I finally did find someone they told me they were closed and couldn't get it. I tried to explain it was just a supper quick and easy grab out of the case and would mean a lot to my kids. They still refused. When the check out clerk ask how I was I broke down crying (I DON'T cry). She wanted to help and was blocked by the same person who refused to help the first time. I get that working on Christmas SUCKS. My MIL worked in grocery for 30 years. My husband and I have both pulled shifts on Christmas in in EMS. There is still ZERO reason not to fill a simple, easy thing that would mean a LOT to a family that's had a really hard season. I'm not shopping last minute to be a jerk. I'm shopping last minute because it's been a really hard season. You could have made it MUCH better. Instead, I'm going to go home to crying young kids who don't get their Christmas dessert. Frankly, I find this approach shameful and I will not be spending my money in this store every again.

I go here alot to buy cakes from their bakery, for my patients birthdays. Don't get me wrong it's because it's convenient not because they are good. On multiple times I have felt with terrible customer service in the bakery and at the deli. They are also more expensive then generally everywhere else. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else if you have the option. They do have pretty good Chinese food tho

This location has a whole variety of Rug Doctor Carpet cleaners and accessories available for rent which is really convenient. You can rent them from the Customer Service desk. They do have a gas station too but it's about a block away in back of and behind the main store in case you have trouble finding it. The parking lot connects to all the shops behind the store so it's easy to get around if you have several errands to run. I often go to this store when I feel like Costco or Walmart are too busy.

Most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. Has no ventilation and smells like pee, the floor was STICKY with pee. If I wasn't desperate I would never use it. No toilet paper in the actual thing, just on top and smeared with poop.

The past three visits about 30-50% of the customers shop without masks on and a handful of employees where it is on their chin or under their nose. The mask mandate is not over. Please, do better.
