Service is awful, they just turn the red light off on the car hop orders instead of taking your order. Waited 18 minutes before they told me to "just go to the drive thru" Very unkind in the drive thru as well. Seemed annoyed that I would want anything.

They bought their ice cream machine from McDonalds apparently as it is never working. I find this crazy since that’s like half the menu. Staff is always nice but just don’t come here if you are looking for a frozen treat.

Staff is for the most part amazing, Friendly, hard working. They do everything they can to keep the line moving with minimal wait times. There is a certain manager that works I think her name is Morgan? She runs that place like it's her own and it shows, always running smoothly when she is there.

The bathroom at this location is DISGUSTING. I don’t usually write reviews but it was so bad I had to. There’s no way it’s been cleaned in weeks it was so unsanitary. Floors are soaked wet with pee , possibly poop. The sink to wash your hands had some gross gooey stuff all in the sink & it was filthy. Hard to wash your hands when the thing to do so is disgusting. Toilet paper wasn’t even in the dispenser just sat on the back of the dirty toilet. There’s seriously no excuse for this it was so bad.

First time at Sonic, I dropped in to try the $1.99 quarter-pounder Monday cheeseburger special. As far as fast food burger specials go, it's the best I've found to date, and I mean that in a very good way. I've made subsequent trips, and learned they have other really great pricing specials on other weekdays, and their crinkle fries are extra yummy, with just the right amount of salt. Be sure to try out their coney dogs on Thursdays, and their daily milkshake specials!

We sat at the car space with red button pushed for 10 min before going to drive thru. Then the order box is so soft you can barely hear anyone speaking. The chicken bites and fries were utterly atrocious, and I never knew a piece of chicken could be so hard and so rubbery in the same bite. They were over cooked in old grease and they forgot our fries as well. If I had known they would be that bad, I wouldn't have gone back for them..

Why are this Sonics in this state so bad? After today, I won’t be returning. I’ve lived here 2 years and have come through here multiple times. Every single time there are issues with orders. From very low quality items to extremely rude staff to unexplainable long wait times. Even for a couple drinks. Every other state I’ve been in with a Sonic is wonderful. The franchise owner needs to step in and correct the situation. These locations could be making a lot more money if they did. They’re dragging the whole Sonic name down.

Had the new double bacon cheese smash burger. It was pretty good. Thin burger patties were tastier than thicker one patty burgers. Great use of the condiments, lettuce and ripe tomatoes. I felt it was worth 8.00.
I would give zero stars if possible. The lady who was taking orders in the drive-thru on the night of 01/11/2025 was extremely aggressive. After that encounter, we decided to leave instead of waiting in the long line to get our order. If you read the other reviews, you will notice that I was not the only customer to unfortunately encounter this awful person. I know how hard these jobs can be, but if you sign up to be in customer service, you can't act like this towards random people who come up to place an order. I would like to speak with the owner of this location about her behavior because clearly this has been going on for weeks, if not months (according to the other reviews and my encounter). She either needs to be retrained and put on a behavior contract or fired and replaced with someone who knows how to communicate without being aggressive towards customers who did nothing to warrant that response.

This is the worst sonic I’ve been too. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and when I tried to add something on at the window because she couldn’t hear me at the speaker; they said I couldn’t. My tots were also cold. Don’t recommend.

Location refuses to follow the menu and almost always will not put fruit in its slushes that CLEARLY state in the menu are included. Particularly the Cherry Limeade Slush which comes with cherry and Limes. In spite of repeated complaints in-person and to corporate.

Service is absolutely terrible here after 8 pm. I DoorDash here often and the workers are always rude. They lie and say they are out of something then I will come back for another order and they have it, like drink holders when I have 4 drinks. Tonight the service was better than usual. The girl with dark hair is so mean. I hate coming here for orders. Some workers are nicer than others
