The drive thru person (don't want to say he or she cause I don't know what is politically correct for anyone anymore) was extremely impatient and rude. The And higher transaction had me feel as though I was inconveniencing this person by being there at the restaurant ordering food at their job where they're getting paid to be. A customer service representative really felt as though this individual was maybe having a bad day or something, but didn't feel like that is where I should have been ordering food for my littles! Just was uncomfortable and made me sad for the restaurant

Really going downhill... the Olympia and Lacey locations repeatedly try and NOT follow the Corporate menu and leave out fresh fruit in the Fresh Fruit Slushies.

Don't know where to start... The place is the lowest of the low in all things that matter in fast food. The service was awful with a rude staff, the tables there are breaking apart with nowhere good to sit and the food tasted like freezer and fry oil.
How far this location has fallen since they first opened... Better off eating the real Sonic the hedgehog than eating at this Sonic location..
Mi amigo Marcus and his nino came in excited and happy to try sonic for the first time since they got back from Mexico and left very disappointed..

We love to get a sweet treat at Sonic with our cat :)
Me and my husband went tonight at 10pm. As we arrived there were 3 other cars in the order stalls. As we got ready to order they turned all the stalls and the lights off as if they were closed… We waited 15 minutes then pulled into the drive thru. We waited again 5 minutes with no response again as if they were closed. My husband was about to pull off and I advised him to say hello, as he said hello someone said “ give me a minute “ ….. like um ok . We finally ordered and I checked our food my chicken sandwich was old and stale and they gave me a strawberry shake not a strawberry cheesecake shake which was also watery …. If you don’t like a customer service job dont work there its as simple as that.

The food is pretty good but the staff are always pretty miserable especially the girl who takes drive thru orders. The young man who does the window and helps bring out food is very nice tho so it's kinda a mixed review

I would love to give 5 stars. 0 star service..My husband and I love Sonic but don't have one close to home. On a day trip, went with our kids. Ordered once, screen froze. No problem, we move and order again. The employee never came back so that we could pay and our oldest daughter overheard the employees complaining about us and our order. So inappropriate. We'll never go back.
