This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks. Although my order is pretty plain Jane and simple I'm surprised and how many times other places actually get it wrong. But not the case at nearest Starbucks it is correct every time. Plus the baristas are always very friendly and helpful

I’m not usually one to complain but I have had multiple experiences with a specific employee and her attitude sucks. My first experience I had gone in with my husband and my daughter. We were looking over the menu and because we weren’t ready when she was there was a lot of attitude and thrown around body language as she sighed at us because my daughter didn’t know what she wanted. I ended up telling her nevermind and we would go somewhere else and left. Today I came in and at first I did not see she was there. I stood at the counter and out of the 3 people at the kiosk nobody even acknowledged me until I had been there for few minutes and of course it was the lady from last time who walked over. Her customer service skills are awful and how she speaks to customers is rude. She is a shorter lady with dark hair and brown eyes. I didn’t see a name tag or I would present it. I love Starbucks but won’t be going to this one with someone who treats people so poorly with no reason. If you don’t like your job then find a different one, customer service isn’t your strong suit.

Normally i have really good experiences here, but today the two employees who were working seemed like they absolutely did not want to be there. i don’t know if it was a product of them being overworked/understaffed or what, but they weren’t very friendly. also my drink was extremely bitter.Maybe the managers here need to do a better job of making sure their employees are happy

Rude much? My card got \\\"declined\\\" because I entered the wrong pin on accident ( new debit card ) and the lady looked at me weird and had an attitude. Even when I was ordering my drink, she was looking at me with a weird look just because I asked for extra water/ extra ice in my refresher because they make it too sweet. It was just not a pleasant experience and I felt rushed the whole time.
