Waited 20 minutes for a drink. First 10 minutes passed, I alerted the staff and got the response “we have lots of mobile orders”. So they just kept on making mobile orders and piling them up at the counter. Waited another 10 minutes just to get my drink. Meanwhile mobile orders just kept piling up at the counter. This is your problem. Staff need to communicate. You need to observe the lobby. Not to mention there was only 1 staff making drinks? The 3 others just seemed to be running around?
Same thing happened with me another time but luckily the manager was there and asking customers around in the lobby. They asked a staff to make my drink immediately. Staff work here has no communication whatsoever.

The coffee taste watered down and foul. I am not sure if it is a Starbucks nationwide problem or if its this locations problem. But the cost of the coffee far outstrips its quality. I will not be coming back.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. 4 baristas in the store. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby for my order. Had to ask for my croissant to warm up at home. Zero time management or sense of urgency. Do better. I’ve been to stores this size with 2 baristas working and they’re more efficient.

Slowest Starbucks around. There is no cohesion, not one person giving orders or staff communicating with each other, it could be much smoother if they had somebody calling out orders, having some sort of assembly line. But they don't do that. It seems like everybody's just doing their own thing and not talking to each other. With good management this could be taken care of.

Ordered on the app from the parking lot, 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. The drive thru was backed up, so I chose the option to pick up inside. All 6 items were correct, delicious and ready within 8 min( I think maybe even closer to 5 or 6) Never disappointed with this location.

Staff is friendly at best! Services is consistently slow. 9 cars in drive and 7 customers waiting inside for orders. Definitely need 2 baristas at all times!
1 barista and 6 runners doesn't make sense, 2 cashiers and 1 person making coffee is not affective!

I need to NEVER get a pumpkin spice latte from any other location and all other locations need to TAKE NOTES from this one because THEY DO THE MOST PERFECT PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES EVER!!!!!! Went to a diff location and got an iced one with EXTRA pumpkin spice and it didn’t even taste like it had extra… was a bit bland. Also, went to a diff location today and got a hot one and it’s so disappointing in comparison to the absolutely PERFECT one that they do here ? never again!!
I forgot to add that sometimes they'll have free samples when new things come out so I got to try the spicy lemonades, boba drinks and even the egg pesto sandwich! Today I got free stickers! Which none of this has happened to me before at other locations and they’re fast!

Burnt coffee, simple dopio. Palate felt violated. Husband ordered pour over, again burnt. Things are mostly automated but the shots have to be pulled before they burn. Please re-educate for better coffee.
