Always go here they're fast the food's fresh everything is good their help is awesome it's usually always 100% clean even after you just use a table they're usually fast on cleaning things up I would definitely highly recommend it

I recently came into this location to grab a cup of coffee and there was only one person in the store which she was waiting for her drink. There was a total of four baristas behind the counter. No one acknowledged me as I stood and waited to be served. Two of the baristas seem to go back and forth on who was going to work the front counter so I stood there for a total of 11 minutes and no one still acknowledged me so I ended up walking out. It was definitely very disheartening and made me feel like I wasn't wanted or I shouldn't be there, especially as a person of color. I will not be coming back to this location.

Coffee does not taste good at all, very burnt. 100% waste of my money. The barista with dark brown hair, glasses and a butterfly tattoo behind her ear was very rude. Would not even acknowledge me after handing me my drinks at the window so I could tell her something was wrong with them. Had a very bad attitude the whole interaction.

Very interesting experience. I felt invisible as I waited for approximately 23 minutes to finally be noticed and served. He did call me boss man though. And that was kind of cool. I'm no Howard Schultz but I appreciate the compliment.

I love this Starbucks so much ,they have really nice workers and finish making the drinks fast !!! This Starbucks is also always clean and the only con so far is I don’t think they have a public bathroom but everything else is a 10 these workers deserve a raise !!!

Literally every time I come here they mess up my order and won’t fix it.
The lavender matcha has no lavender and my strawberry refresher has no strawberry’s this is the last time I’m coming here!

My Dang

Waited 20 minutes for a drink. First 10 minutes passed, I alerted the staff and got the response “we have lots of mobile orders”. So they just kept on making mobile orders and piling them up at the counter. Waited another 10 minutes just to get my drink. Meanwhile mobile orders just kept piling up at the counter. This is your problem. Staff need to communicate. You need to observe the lobby. Not to mention there was only 1 staff making drinks? The 3 others just seemed to be running around?
Same thing happened with me another time but luckily the manager was there and asking customers around in the lobby. They asked a staff to make my drink immediately. Staff work here has no communication whatsoever.

The coffee taste watered down and foul. I am not sure if it is a Starbucks nationwide problem or if its this locations problem. But the cost of the coffee far outstrips its quality. I will not be coming back.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. 4 baristas in the store. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby for my order. Had to ask for my croissant to warm up at home. Zero time management or sense of urgency. Do better. I’ve been to stores this size with 2 baristas working and they’re more efficient.

Slowest Starbucks around. There is no cohesion, not one person giving orders or staff communicating with each other, it could be much smoother if they had somebody calling out orders, having some sort of assembly line. But they don't do that. It seems like everybody's just doing their own thing and not talking to each other. With good management this could be taken care of.
