Minimum 20-30 wait for a drink. Even if there is no one waiting inside. Always the same issue. Same with all my coworkers (work in plaza) . Most of them now go to the mom and pop coffee stand down the street. I made a mistake and stopped in here because there was hardly anyone inside. Still waited over 20 min. Staff is very friendly. I'll give them that.

This is the slowest Starbucks and apparently it has always been if you read old reviews. It shouldn’t take a half hour in the drive through at 320 on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m normally very patient but this is extreme and has happened multiple times to me and my family members. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but even with what looks like full staffing it is unreal how slow it is. Nobody ever apologizes for the wait or anything. It would take me less time to go a few miles down the street to the next closest store for coffee to then come back and go to Lowe’s than to go here,

So slow.....employees are nice and order is correct but waiting 20 min. for a drink is not okay. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru. Yawn.

I asked for a grande dirty chai this morning on my way into work. When I took the first sip after a few minutes it tasted like water with spice. The drink was aggressively watered down; for six dollars to have a terrible cup of coffee I'd might as well of gone to a bikini barista where I expect terrible coffee and customer service. I did not realize I would start my day in society with liquid trash being served to me on my way into work. Much appreciated. I will not be back Starbucks.

1st time at this location. Took my daughter here for a reward she earned, went through the drive thru a little after noon today. My daughter asked for any drink that reminds her of being on a beach. The associate was so rude, snapped at my daughter and told her she can only order off the menu. We weren't asking for anything special - my daughter likes to be surprised by her drink orders. She could've give us a dragonfruit drink, any lemonade drink, anything but her attitude. We have been to many other Starbucks that happily surprise my daughter with a drink. We won't be back to this location!

Updated review... Went here one day because of convenience. The workers are very sweet so I decided to give it another shot. Everything has been good besides the normal long wait times. However, the past couple of times I went this past week, there has been a worker who needs a serious attitude check. I've had the same issue with her twice now. The first time, I ordered a medicine ball tea & asked to use my rewards on it. Apparently medicine ball tea doesn't count as a hot tea (even though it's on their menu as a hot tea) & I couldn't use my rewards. Which was fine but I asked the drive thru lady why and Pheobe butted in and said "because we just can't." I was also waiting on other items in my order so it's not like I was holding the line up. A couple of days later I went in and ordered some things. One of which was a cake pop. I asked them to put it on my rewards since I had (150). Pheobe said "we'll you don't have enough." & I responded "they're 50 stars still right?" She said yes so I showed her my app showing I had 150 & her response was "well I can't do anything about that. You don't have enough stars. Have a great day." I would never post about someone specific especially because I wouldn't want to ruin anyones source of income but she is so incredibly rude. What makes it worse is that she smiles in your face as she's being rude and comes off very condescending. If You're going to be rude, work behind the counter and not at drive thru where You're constantly face to face with customers.

Once again, Starbucks. You can't handle the volume of in person, drive thru, and mobile orders and your customers in person are standing waiting for 20 minutes. This is not acceptable given how big of a corporation you are. Stop taking mobile orders. Knock it off because your employees can't handle it correctly. In person orders come first. Period. Not sure I'll be going to Starbucks anymore at all.

I haven't been here since it's been remodeled but it looks amazing. Its like you're actually standing inside a Starbucks. My drink was made quickly and it was delicious.

Cup only coffe halfway i pay 5.52 for not coffe getting worse people there know if so different im done with this Starbucks no put attention what they doing and they get mad went i tell them fill my cup more my money i put there better be coffe going services car it worse if they make coffe wrong we need get out the car i hope the management fix this problems
