Every time I get coffee from this location, instead of having to taste coffee, it is like I’m drinking milk. No coffee whatsoever. They put a little whip cream and said that they put a little caramel on top to try and balance it out. What?? This is the worst location I’ve gotten coffee from. It’s BS.

this is a relatively new store. They have really nice blinds to protect you from the sun, but they are full of dust and look really crappy like they don’t even give a crap. I asked for a brownie not heated up and they did it anyway, but they did give me a replacement for the coffee is good as usual but they really need to work on those blinds

I was feeling dizzy and needed to take my medication, so I went through the drive thru to ask for water. I was told they couldn’t give me water without a purchase. I’m not sure if this is standard policy, but it didn’t feel right, especially since I’ve received water at another Starbucks location at least once. I ended up getting a dessert item lol

The staff has always been so friendly and kind whenever I go. Dani and Audrey (I hope the spelling is right) are so sweet. They were out of green tea and she was so apologetic but I understand that things happen, and it wasn’t her fault. Me and my mom frequent this location and will continue doing so.

Ordered a pink drink blended and the lady gave it to me and I was like that doesn't look the a pink drink it's white. Well they got really rude after I was calling then out on my drink.. I've been getting this drink for a long time I know what it is supposed to look like.. Then I left it didn't even taste like a pink drink, it's like they put vanilla bean powder in it. Didn't go back because the girls would made the problem even worse...
