Scrumptious food, friendly and welcoming employees. Highly reccomend this quiet Cafe starbucks, especially if you want to chat with a barista, relax for a bit, or get some work done with free Wi-Fi. Be sure to appreciate your local baristas and their hard work!

I always like this Starbucks compares to others. They’re always friendly and give you a good amount of the drink especially for my favorite matcha latte. Many Starbucks gives you almost half cup of the form of matcha even I put less form, or have to ask to redo the drink. They made it right. I barely have any form in my matcha latte ???

Surprisingly poor service. I ordered a blonde, my favorite. It was a pour ever and would take a bit longer, expectedly. If my order was called, I never heard it. It wasn’t that busy. I waited and waited. The staff member was talking to other people as they came and went. He called out other orders. I never heard mine and he never looked my way. I went over to check how it was going. It was sitting on the counter still no comment. I’ve never had that happen at any Starbucks previously. I tried to take his pic to post here but he kept hiding. OK, I made the last part up. I don’t recall any members ever acting like that.

Young people should not be working.. ordered 2 drinks at 6:48am the app told me it should be ready in 4 min , my brother was literally sitting and waiting for the order past the given time and my husband had to go in and ask them about it, then they started working on it.(what's the point of mobile order) yall can't even have it ready on time. ? it wasn't even busy.. mind you today is also redcup day.. didn't even receive those with a purchase of seasonal drinks.Ending in making my husband and brother late and not getting our red cups. ? honestly would like a refund for the incompetent service my fam had to go through. Not to mention the workers greater everyone who came in but didn't say a single word to my brother who's brown. ?

This particular Starbucks has the best employee atmosphere that I have encountered in my travels. Everyone that works there seems to genuinely enjoy being part of the team and that makes it a joy to visit this place.

The Dr. I work for ordered drinks online to be made at this location, since we had clients walk into the office he asked if I could pick up his drinks for him. Mind you, I’ve never used mobile pick up before but I was told at 10:26 AM his drinks would be ready. I walked in a few mins after 10:26 AM and waited by the counter, I wasn’t sure where to wait or if I had to check with the barista so I decided to ask. The barista with short wavey black hair who was making the drinks was so rude. I asked, “Excuse me, I have an online order for Amy” mind you I was just confused where to pick up drinks since I was told they would be ready and I saw drinks on the counter. She proceeded to give me attitude, saying she had so many orders and what not. So I explained that I didn’t know and was just asking and if I was at the right counter for pick up, she just looked at me. Honestly, it’s not that hard to be kind to others, she could’ve just told me it would be a few moments since they were backed up but she proceeded to give me attitude because I asked about an order? How was I even supposed to know? What if they had already called the order? She obviously needs to be retrained or find another job that does not deal with customers if she’s going to be rude and have attitude.
