I ordered using the app but i still had personal interaction with three of the staff. All pleasant & happy to be there. Very friendly vibe there on Monday (915) afternoon around 4:00. There was a small mistake in my drink, they fixed it on the spot - no problem, and offered me a free drink. The bathroom and dining area are clean as a whistle! Might be my new favorite coffee shop spot. 😌

The people that work at this Starbucks are awesome....I forgot my wallet one time and the person running the drive through was so cool she gave me my order and even apologized about the wait...when I came back to pay the workers treated me so much consideration that it made my whole day

I came here to buy coffee when the store was just opened. It was a great every time.

Every time I go to get my coffee, this young Asian lady has neither a smile and she won't even say thank you. She has a feeling that I owe her five million dollars
This lady blindly reveals her attitude of resisting service. Why do you want to recruit her?

Disappointing Experience

As someone who travels frequently for work and relies on businesses like Starbucks while on the road, I was extremely disappointed with the Marvin Road location. I stopped in needing to use the restroom—clean cut, mid-30s professional just trying to get through a long day—and was told I couldn’t use the restroom without making a purchase. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but a little discretion and human decency go a long way. I’ve spent plenty of money at Starbucks locations across the country, and this kind of treatment is frustrating and off-putting. Definitely makes me think twice about where I spend my money moving forward.
