Stottle Winery has become my go-to for a relaxing day out. The tasting experience is always top-notch, and their wines never disappoint—especially the Rosé, which is my favorite. If you love great wine, the Stottle Wine Club is definitely worth it.

Owner and winemaker, Josh, decided not to harvest last fall while simultaneously lying to staff and club members regarding "harvest" and his plans to sell the business. New ownership effective August 1.

Also, none of the wines are being produced at the Stottle Lacey location any longer, they have outsourced to crushing, bottling and producing elsewhere, most likely Eastern WA. Food is prepackaged from Trader Joe's. Previous review claiming the wine is made in-house is inaccurate information, see email from the winemaker/owner to support this statement.

Appears as if investors now own Stottle and will be outsourcing all future wine production.

A pleasant surprise when passing by Lacey. Amazing wine and the tasting room manager (Tay, forgive me if I spell it wrong) is super nice and attentive. Will definitely go back for more soon.

Drove down with three friends to check out the rainbow rail in Olympia and made a stop at the Stottle Winery. We got there pretty late at 4pm but were greeted warmly by the staff. We did the flight sampling, the tasting manager was very knowledgeable and explained to us where the grapes came from and how the wine was made in house.

The wines were exceptional. Each of us has a different preference but was able to find a bottle that we each enjoyed. My friend was a die hard fan of the Hombre, while the others really enjoyed Viognier. The food was pre-packaged but we were able to put together a charcuterie board that complimented the wine really well.

We also learned from the owner that a top 10 Washington wine maker will be joining the winery and an event will be hosted in Sept with more selections. We will definitely be coming back for more!!

Ordered through the website and the experience was pretty smooth. Paired the wine with grape/cheese/salami tray, and it turned out to be a good home tasting :)

Stopped in at their tasting room in Hoodsport along the 101. Recommend if you are driving through or staying for a bit. Great wines and service! Looking forward to visiting the Lacey location.

Stottle is a hidden gem in Lacey. Their Extreme tasting is well worth the little extra expense if you are interested in enjoying your wine in the appropriate glassware. Their food options are always delicious and of course their wines are amazing. Their club membership is a tremendous value and the member events are always a blast. We look forward to getting our box every time.

Very high quality red and white wines. The owner and his wife are usually around and always willing to talk about wine. They really know their stuff, but are eager to share and educate others. The tasting room is very nice, but not pretentious like some can be. It's a big space, but set up really nice to where you can have private conversations. The selections of cheese are most excellent as well. They have a nice tent with big heaters if you want to sit outside.
