One of the only goods thing about this subway is that they allow you to use the coupons. The staff is friendly, and orders are always done on time. The biggest issue I have is how inconsistent their sandwiches are. If you order extra tomatoes today, you'll probably get them, but if you order tomorrow then you should expect no tomatoes on your sandwich. I only use the app to order, so I can use the coupons so I am not seeing my sandwich made infront of me.

I wanted to get a combo deal but the employee there told me it's "online only" now?! What in God's name?! Just to be clear it's not this employee that I'm mad at if that's the reality of the situation but if that's the case then why? Seems like a completely arbitrary policy change designed to bait-and-switch people that aren't aware of it. Also fix your soda machine. Tried getting a sprite and it did not work at all. Tried getting a cherry coke and it was straight up water so I got a regular coke instead. There's also weird pink stuff encrusting the drain. My problem is not with the regular employees (who are great.) My problem is with management and the franchise owner who need to get their heads out of where it doesn't shine

Walked in .....no one in front & someone yelled from the back, "Do you know what you want?" I replied, "yes, that is why we're here." After a time two of them were horsing around & I said thank you for your service & prepared to leave...they waved from the back & said, "Have a good day. " Needless to say we will never return.
So sad for the owners because they probably lose customers often.
Ordered a 12" The Boss from Uber Eats. What arrived was an abomination of a sandwich. Not only was it a 6" instead, but it barely had any meat, no mozzarella, cold melted provolone, and all the wrong ingredients. 2 and a half tiny meatballs on this thing. It tasted terrible. $18.

I have ordered here twice now. I usually use the one in roy, but the online system is down. This location in yelm is horrible they don't care, they are slow. I shouldn't have to wait 45 min for an online order!

Extremely rude employees. I had an order for pick up. Got there and asked for a drink cup for the drink I ordered, was told I didn’t order one when it was clearly on the receipt, got home and my sandwich was made with the wrong sauce, I called in and was told by someone on the phone that I was mistaken and if I come back they will show me that they used the right sauce.

Used the Subway app to order a Roast Beef "No Bready Bowl" from this location on 4820 Yelm Hwy. Cost was $13.79 before tax. I have attached a picture of the abomination which was created and a picture of what you will see on the app when ordering the same bowl. Notice the meat proportions (or lack thereof). Also, the gentleman who made the salad put MAYO on the bowl. Who puts mayo on a protein bowl? You can't make this level of incompetence up. It's either complete ignorance to Subway standards or blatantly intentional. I haven't decided.(-2 stars for poor food preparation)Additionally, the order was marked as "ready" on the app. Typically, one would associate the word "ready" as meaning the ordered item was completed, bagged, and ready for pickup. This was not the case. Instead, after arriving, the order wasn't even in the process of being made. We had to wait while the seemingly disgruntled worker made the bowl. I'm no detective, but I'm guessing his attitude directly translates into his delivery.(-1 star for false reporting on the app and attitude)There is one saving grace to this store. I have been here several times before. The other workers are friendly and get the order right. There was a younger gentleman working with the older gentleman who was polite unlike his counterpart.We brought this concern up to Corporate. Their answer was for us to send them our physical address so they could snail mail (i.e. USPS) us some coupons. In the age of email, AI, and virtual reality you would think they could email a coupon or something. Nope. Snail mail.We will be cautious using this location for future sustenance needs. We did go to another Subway later in the week and their delivery was on point and more in line with the picture from the website/app.2/5 stars. You can do better Subway on 4820 Yelm Hwy.

Some of the Lacey area locations have just recently stopped accepting coupons, although that is not noted anywhere. The coupon states void in Alaska and Hawaii, with no mention of Washington. Ahh, but the employee pointed out at "participating locations". Bogus and deceptive, in my opinion. I will be going to the Yelm/College location, they accept them.

Subway has always been a favorite of mine until I came in and ordered a 6" sub sandwich and it was almost double the amount that ït used to be! I'm sad to say that I won't be going there again unless their prices go down because $9.52 is ridiculous and frankly it infuriates me!

I ordered ahead but and I thought they where supposed to wait til I got there. Well my sandwich was soggy and it was thrown together really sloppy and I did not get my extra lettuce. Also they should change there gloves between each sandwich. My kiddos have allergies and they had a not so good reaction the next day. So be warned!!
Parking: No curbside signs so they have to look for you. And I'm beginning to think my sandwich got wet. Cause my bag was pretty damp. And sandwich was soggy..
