Ordered an Ultimate BMT on the app. Somehow, after checking out it randomly changed my order to a Baja Chipolte Chicken. I tried to call and explain what happened but the phone didnt get answered and when I arrived they told me they couldnt fix it. Not blaming the subway as much as I am the app.

Ordered a flat bread tuna sandwich. Its definitely flat. The bread is as thick as a tortilla in parts. Barely any vegetables. Partial eaten sandwich in photo (sorry) but it's just. Sad.

I order through the app and always ask for my subs toasted, but have received them cold twice now. I know the toaster oven is not broken too, because today, only 1 of the 3 subs came toasted. My receipt (digital and physical) clearly say toasted for all of the sandwiches. On top of this, I always tip through the app, and it feels like I'm encouraging this substandard behavior.

Awful experience! My sandwich was basically all bread with barely any meat or veggies. Total rip-off. Never coming back to this location. Not gonna pay another $ for bread.

I can't figure out why this location refuses to warm up the bacon before putting it on a sandwich?? Who the hell wants cold, floppy bacon? Every other location the bacon is warm and crisp.

Went in today after not going to subway for a long time! A red head (dyed hair) was working and asked for help from the girl in the back, she never came out! She was working on an online order and started the girl in front of me sandwich. By time I got to start my sandwich there were 4 people waiting behind me and after she was done with the girl in front of me she ran off. A girl from the back came out and started working on the dude behind me sandwich and the red head never came back out! This thing was going off that was super loud and I made a comment about I wonder when my sandwich was going to get made. It was honestly ridiculous and if I wasn’t so hungry I would have left. I won’t ever return to that location, and it reminded me of why I don’t eat at subway!

12.00 for a BLT with three thin sliced tomato’s, two thin strips of pretend bacon and not enough lettuce to cover a 6” flat bread. Went back and got the so you want more tomato’s? NEVER GOING BACK keep the 12 dollars and the paper thin pretend BLT. I will never go to a SUbWAY again. This is the one located on Ruddle and Yelm Highway. They suck.

Ordered 2 sandwiches through the mobile app. Wanted them to be ready to pick up after work. I got there and the sandwiches were ready to be picked up. The sandwich had spinach on it. The spinach was rotten. I would have gone back and had them remake the sandwich but i live almost 20 minutes away. I was not going to load up and go back to wait for another 15 minutes for my sandwich to be remade and then drive back home. It would have added an extra hour to my night. We just threw them away and made dinner. Definitely will not be eating here again. I would recommend checking your food before you leave if it is a mobile order.

I was in there the other night, pretty close to closing, and it was decently busy. The girl closing that night Kaitlyn, was super nice the whole time, she didn't show any frustration even with a line of customers and multiple orders coming in. She kept a smile on her face and continued to acknowledge the other customers in line waiting, and thanking them for their patience. This one's a GEM ?
