Three of us stopped in on the way home to Battle Ground from Seattle and had the pleasure of being helped by Karen. She was so friendly and kind, and very sweet and patient with my nephew who is autistic. And our sandwiches were delicious! We were very happy with our whole experience and will definitely stop in again when we’re in the area. Thank you Karen!

Not a great experience. The one lady who’s often working is always exasperated, like it’s an inconvenience to make an order with them. I get it, it’s a lot to manage but the other stores handle it so much better. Had a complaint once and she called the franchise owner right then and there, kinda over the top in my opinion.

I worked for the guy today that has a scab right on his nose. It’s April 15, 2025. He wasn’t actively listening. He was listening to a private conversation. I had with my friend prior to going up there and he just decided what kind of meat I wanted on my sandwich, even though I asked them what meats were available. He gave me the list, but I’ve already chosen my Meet for me and then when I decided I wanted a veggie sandwich because I didn’t like any of the meats that were available then he asked me What do you want me to do with this teriyaki sandwich? I told him I didn’t ask for a teriyaki sandwich. You’re not actively listening to me. Why? Why would you put meat on my sandwich without asking me? Oh I’m sorry. I thought you wanted a teriyaki sandwich. I said I didn’t ask for one. You didn’t ask me if I wanted teriyaki you shouldn’t have put teriyaki on a sandwich. It’s not my responsibility to tell you what to do with the sandwich that I didn’t order he had an attitude and so I just decided to leave he also tried I wanted a 6 inch and he was trying to sell me a 12 inch trying to tell me that it’s not that much more. I’m sorry he doesn’t live in my wallet. He doesn’t live in my expenses leave it up to the customer please and be polite and don’t put your mistakes on the customer. It’s so rude. I left and did my business elsewhere I won’t be eating there again. You’ve had my service before, but I’m not doing it ever again.
Second time now that the old lady with all the hello kitty tattoos was extremely rude and didn’t even let you finish talking when ordering. She toasted bread again before I even got the chance to tell her which sandwich I wanted and put the cheese on after she toasted it. I get that the job can be stressful but it was only me in line once again. No excuse for her behavior. Don’t recommend this location and will not be returning again.

This place is horrible I just waited 10 minutes for them to finish the sandwich. Set it to the side instead of just bagging it and handing it to me. And then go to the next customer in line and tell me, I needed to wait longer. These people have no idea what customer service is.They're horrible people and shouldn't be allowed to serve anybody if you can't do your job, find a different one

I’ve been working with Walmart and love eating at Subway when Amber or Luke works. They are friendly and great customer service ? they both do such a great job at serving customers.
Amber is the best sandwich artist that I've had the pleasure of making a sandwich for me.
The girl in the cat ears made my sandwich just the way I like it I will be loyal to the subway for the great service and sandwiches that they provide
Kid-friendliness: I bring my kids here every weekend at Walmart and she always has a little goodie to go with their ice.

First of all, being someone who has eaten subway for most of my life, i have to say, this Subway has some or the best veggies i have seen at a Subway. The employees are curteous. They give you more than 6 olives on a footlong! The place is clean. Food tastes great. If i could give 10 stars i would.
