Jessie got my order wrong offered to fix it then had my husband come back to correct it then charged him again.. customer service on this was ridiculous. My husband then pays for it because he knows it was what I wanted. Great guy, horrible Jessie.

Let’s just say Jessi was working tonight for closing shift and she was amazing. Give her a raise.
I the assistant manager at jack in the box was about to steal her form you guys haha.
Went in at like 9:20 pm and keep in mind they close at 10pm she was very polite and no problem with me coming in and ordering for my family after work. A total of 5 subs and she had it done by 9:45 I was cashed out and heading home.
By far the greatest experience thank you so much Jessi. 10/10

I just can't imagine y they don't put a healthy amount of veg on a sandwich you request heavy amount of veg. Literally didn't have anything on the last two inches of my sandwich... shame

Rose was the lady who helped me today and I couldn’t say more good about her. She had the most polite customer service attitude that I think I’ve seen in all of thurston county and my sandwhich was amazing. Wish everyone in the customer service field was like her :) will definitely be visiting again :)

Ordered the new $6.99 six inch sandwhich meal deal. The sandwhich was supposed to have double cheese, it did not. It was also supposed to have mayonnaise and olives and there was barely any of either. There were three slices of olives on the whole sandwhich. This was a pick up order and the staff were very nice.

Parking: It's a strip mall, next to a foot massage parlor. Grocery Outlet is the anchor. You'll be fine.

First off I want to say, reading thru the reviews on here, several people have this Subway mixed up with the one down the street. This Subway does NOT have a drive thru. So some of these comments about ordering at the drive thru and their experience at Subway, yea, it's not this Subway. A lot of the negative reviews on here are related to a completly different store.
This Subway is Always clean. Floors, tables, bathrooms, clean. Food is always fresh, I've never had stale bread, soggy veggies, old cookies, nothing. Now if I take my sandwich home and put it in the fridge for later, or course the bread gets crunchy and the lettuce gets soggy. That's not Subways fault.
Next, online orders thru delivery services. Restaurants and fast food spots are all having to deal with the rush of online orders throughout the day. And for Subway where they're making each sandwich specifically how someone wants it, dealing with online orders and customers in store, when often there's only one or two people working, it's A LOT and understandable where the online orders might have mistakes. And the Subway worker doesn't get a dime in tip for the sandwich they made. The entire tip goes to the delivery driver, yet the complaint gets aimed at the sandwich maker?? So the quality of the meal is up to the person making the food but the guy who drops it off at the door gets the gratuity. These services don't allow for "tip outs" like restaurants do. So be understanding, be kind, be gracious.
This Subway is a mile down the street from my house so we stop by there a lot. I see how hard the workers are working and the smile and energy they have to keep up thru their shift. Prices are best with coupons but food is fresh, store is clean and customer service is great ?

Came in happy and ended up leaving disappointed and upset.The male worker Had an Attitude, when I told him I'm here to place an order. I guess he got upset that I interrupted his conversation with his female co worker. Will not be coming back here again. Do not recommend.

Did an online order and they mixed up ingredients on 2 of my subs, making it a waste! Completely disappointed. Not to mention, the acid reflex because of a chipotle sauce I didn't ask for, that I didn't know was on my sub.
