One ketchup was out the other was spitting. The diet Pepsi ran out when I went to refill it. It was still out so I opted for Mountain Dew that had the right color, but it tasted like water. The machine needs to be brixxed

With the high price of this food, it's extremely lazy & tacky to simply dump my fries in my to-go bag. A simple container would be much easier and much more professional. It also makes the fries taste like the bag. The grease from the fries leaked through the bag and got all over my car seat.

This was my first time at any SuperChix. I ordered two salads and a large fry to go. My food was prepared fast and fresh. The portion size of the salad was the saddest excuse for a salad. For the price it was tiny and way to expensive. The salads were nothing special, no special toppings or add-ins to make it taste yummy. The fries were a little too soft and squishy. This was a complete waste of money. Save yourself from a terrible meal and go somewhere with bigger portions and better ingredients.

The cordon bleu sandwich is so friggen good. Soft bun, perfectly fried chicken and tons of ham and Swiss. And the fries are always crispy (never soggy) and the cheese dip is to die for. Absolutely love Super Chix

We went for the first time on Saturday and had to come again on Sunday. It was REALLY good! The chicken is tender, moist, and perfectly breaded. The sandwiches are HUGE. The fries are perfect. The only thing they didn't have that I wanted was mayo for my fries. They only offer an aioli. There were a ton of sauce choices for the tenders, though. I really enjoyed their coconut frozen custard. It is pricey, but worth it!

I ordered ahead of time Bacavo Ranch Fried, slaw, Dutch chocolate shake. Took me five times to get my CC security code to stick, but found a way. When I got there the order was ready, but the shake wasn't, it would be about five more minutes, so that worked against the sandwich, it could have been ten minutes sitting in plastic before I got my first bite. Took it out to the car, my wife was driving, so I opened up the sandwich. About half way through, juice was leaking down my hand, I reached into the bag for a napkin, no napkin, (or fork for the slaw).
Put the sandwich back in its container. Wiped my hands on the paper bag, concentrated on the shake, which was excellent.
When I got home, I put the sandwich in the microwave for 30 seconds, total soggy meltdown. I rescued the bacon and threw the rest away. The slaw is excellent, not too sweet a refreshing citrus flavor, I would consider the shake and slaw again.
With tip and tax my sandwich, shake, slaw was $26.77, Not saying I won't go back to Superchix, I've got my eye on that mint shake, but they aren't at the top of my list.

I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!

Very clean establishment, only issues was the bathroom. It smelled like straight sulphur or the sound on a cold morning (oysters). Also, the light in the bathroom is quick to shut off. It shut off twice in a very small amount of time.
