I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!

First time diners, we enjoyed our experience. Food was delicious, great customer service.
Very clean establishment, only issues was the bathroom. It smelled like straight sulphur or the sound on a cold morning (oysters). Also, the light in the bathroom is quick to shut off. It shut off twice in a very small amount of time.
As nice as the people are and as good as the food is, I unfortunately wont be back. I have been so many times and am ALWAYS missing something or get the wrong items. Chick fil a will have to be the new go to, thwy may not be as good but at least my order is ALWAYS correct. Highly disappointed.

Ordered two 5 piece grilled chicken tender. Two, not one. What did they charge me for? Two. What did they bring out? One. Should change the name to Super Sux. I'm only giving one star because you have to give at least one. And not really happy about the gender confused individual that mumbles that took our order and delivered that order. Couldn't understand half of what was coming out of the mouth. Mumblejumble

Food was good and the service was consistently solid on every visit. I really appreciate the variety of sauces—and they’re always fully stocked, which is a big plus. Clean space, quick turnaround, and a reliable go-to for a tasty meal.

Delicious food and great service! The blackened chicken sandwich absolutely hit the spot, and the rosemary pepper fries were wonderful. My only qualm is the custard being served alongside the kids meals, leading to a drippy, metly mess.
Other than that, this was a great trip and we will definitely be back - although next time, we will probably ask to wait on the custard! 😉
