Rancid Mexican pizza. The tortilla shells used were rancid, meaning the oil in the corn tortillas was rotten. My mother and I both got them so I am feeling confident in saying I didn't just somehow get a bad one. Why do they have to be so hot or miss!? I love Taco Bell, but I feel like I have more sad experiences than tasty ones these days.

Will never be going here again. Ordered 2 chalupas, a 5 layer burrito, 2 Doritos locos tacos, and nacho fries. I got no chalupas, a grilled cheese borrito that I was super small, and 1 normal taco. Also didn’t receive my nacho fries, Instead the worked gave us the churro things which are gross, and I watched her just dump them upside down in the bag before handing them to us. Whoever worked the night shift on the 22nd at 2 am should honestly get fired. This was crazy. I work for my money and she intentionally messed with our order just cause!?! That’s crazy even for a fast food chain. A homeless man could make a better and more accurate order with trash from the ground. Looks like she stomped on our food.

I have not eaten at Taco Bell in many years, so I decided to stop in because I had a craving for a burrito supreme. Horribly disappointed! Hardly any feeling was mostly lettuce and dough. My wife ordered a bean and cheese burrito, same thing, barely stained with beans Mostly tortilla. I don’t think I’ll be back to Taco Bell. Things have changed way too much.

Last time went inside was not very clean and food was mediocre which was lower quality than the last time I was there and I not liking using kiosk to order.
So not a fan of their new orders only by kiosks now!?! I know McDonald's does it too and it is nearly as awful there too. I get it because people actually do order more thru these stupid machines but c'mon... Employees are often standing right there at the front but apologize and point you to the kiosks to order if you dare approach them.
Side note... I love that they are trying to be environmentally forward thinking but asking customers to separate your leftover meal garbage into three separate bins for two kinds of recycling and one garage just makes my quick meal and exit that much slower.
Less work for us customers in this cheap Tex Mex fast food joint would be better IMHO...
Their Value Menu is still near tops for fast food with relatively low prices so TY for that during these expensive inflationary times...
