It's still taco bell. Not much has changed over the years. I hit it up maybe twice a year hoping for big changes each time, but I still wind up at the same old taco bell and don't return till I get curious. I wonder how it remains a fast food choice when it seems like the corporation just gave up and is coasting on the lack of other fast food joints (budget) to choose from.
