This is the best taco bell in the Olympia/Lacey area. Only taco bell that hasn't missed items when going through the drive through. Burrito build quality is excellent, customer service is great (they are nice but not annoying), they have a quick turn around on orders. I've lived near and ordered from every taco bell in this area countless times, this one is the one I consider to be the best.

They have always done really good with my food, and when they had an issue with their soda machine they gave me the option of getting one of the new Refresca drinks, they are quick and friendly and the one time I had a super super long wait I was given a free apple cinnamon empanada in compensation

There is a person who works night shift drive thru and I dont know their name but they are super amazing with pronouns and not wanting to misgender people. They frequently work fridays. No idea their name, but the service at this Taco Bell is great late at night. Nice and they rarely screw up my food

I’m a so fricken pissed, they burnt my nugs, messed up our sauces, gave me a large drink instead of a medium even though I’m not complaining but that’s not the right order and really shows how little they care. Thanks a lot Taco Bell!

I ordered 2 of your lunch boxes and an order of chicken nuggets. The nuggets were way over cooked and very hard also broke one opened one it was nothing but dry breading inside. I have had trouble with this Taco Bell in the past and should have known not to go there this time would have complained there but it was a drive through and not eaten there. .

Their idea of “making it right” when they forget something in your order and you have to drive back, is that they give you a coupon for a single taco. A taco that cost less than 50c for them to produce. It cost me $5 in gas to go back while my family all ate without me. I was polite and cordial the entire time and even gave them the grace to handle their tasks with current customers at the drive thru before hoping they’d notice me. This level of professionalism after something as egregious in the food industry as FORGETTING THE FOOD is why people do not want fast food workers to earn wages comparable to trade workers or other fields, because nearly half the time, we customers have to do part of their job and checking if the FOOD establishment gave them their FOOD.
These were not peak hours. I was one of 3 customers. Perhaps a homeless will find the coupon that I conveniently left at the doorstep of the establishment. Won’t be back.
