i’m honestly confused and a little annoyed that i was overcharged for ordering just 2 soft tacos. she added extra chicken and sour cream without asking me, making it an 11$ order that would originally just been 7$. ontop of the horrible drive thru construction i’m not returning.

This Taco bell is slow, and staff takes a while to help you. If you do not want to order from a kiosk, it might be best to go somewhere else

Drive thru. Asked for Sour Creme and mild sauce. I got sour creme, my son did not.
I asked for mild sauce packs for both, we received NON!
MY drink had no ice. Had to ask, got a little, never cold.
Never got a smile from either girls at the windows. Neither greeted us

There is no customer service. All automated.
Also, They do not have to follow advertised sales since this store is a franchised store.
Wow, there is less service and higher prices.
Also, while I was there, a person came in, asked for a water glass, filled it with ice, then soda, then covered the cup and walked out. I reported it, and a worker stated it always happens. No wonder the high prices.

Had a pretty big order and they forgot a few ideas. It’s very careless to not double check to make sure the food in the bags reflects the order ticket because (1) the customer paid for it and (2) someone is going without which is really messed up… I decided to just make American tacos and nachos at home, they taste better, more filling and everyone gets to eat what they wanted.

I literally just went through the drive thru and this girl Brittany just shoved my food in my face without saying anything and slammed the window. Your customer service is disgusting and you need to work on it cause if you're acting like at your job you don't deserve the job. She was also giving me dirty looks through the window and she was talking smack about me with the workers too

Ordered 2 items. Only got 1 and charged me more for the under $3 items. And she added extra beef which we didn't talk about. Scammers. Then the girl added sour cream and i was charged additional. She lied to me. She said it was free. Don't go here. 1st time and last.

So I went in and the guy who was the cashier said I had to place my order at a kiosk if the employees are not trained to take my order at the register I will walk out of any establishment and never come back instead I went across the street to Safeway and I bought chips ..... I love Taco Bell so much I got a Taco Bell tattoo your customer service and your kiosk you're ill trained employees made me want to remove it or cover it up
