i’m honestly confused and a little annoyed that i was overcharged for ordering just 2 soft tacos. she added extra chicken and sour cream without asking me, making it an 11$ order that would originally just been 7$. ontop of the horrible drive thru construction i’m not returning.

This Taco bell is slow, and staff takes a while to help you. If you do not want to order from a kiosk, it might be best to go somewhere else

Drive thru. Asked for Sour Creme and mild sauce. I got sour creme, my son did not. I asked for mild sauce packs for both, we received NON! MY drink had no ice. Had to ask, got a little, never cold. Never got a smile from either girls at the windows. Neither greeted us
