they ignored me in front while i was waiting for minutes with no one else in line with my order right there, no one helping me. I was confused by this like was I supposed to get it or what, so I peek around to signal someone to help, and cough to get their attention but no one comes still. when I try to grab my food then is when they come to help, they give me my food and someone tells me to never do that again and as I was about to explain why I did what I did they just left.

Bought some food for my mother who is allergic to cheese, she ordered a 12 pack and “lunch box” with NO sour cream. I made it extremely clear that she had an allergy, service was extremely rude and made fun of my weight problem. I have had a history of depression and binge eating, Taco Bell is the only highlight of my day. I don’t want to be harassed for just ordering food which I NEED. Anyway I found some sour scream in my mom’s burrito. Very mad, she almost got sick. Not enough cheese on my tacos and they forgot the double beef on them. It is not a fat positive store and does not welcome people of the body positive community. Anyway I would recommend any bigger bodied individuals to not eat here. You will spend $50+ and still not feel full. 😡

I have frequented this spot with my dog often in the last few years to buy him a treat after our walks, and they have the absolute best staff and customer service that I have ever had. Incredibly kind people who really brighten your day.

Late night drive thru visit.

We stopped by this Taco Bell because we were in a rush and didn’t want to get out of the car. Unfortunately, one of the drive-thru screens wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t see the menu, and they asked us to come inside instead.
Thankfully, we still got our food pretty quickly, which was great. I also want to point out that this is actually the first Taco Bell we’ve been to that got our entire order completely correct — the last couple of locations we visited had messed up quite a few things.
The staff was nice and polite. We also used the restroom while we were there, and it was okay — nothing special, but clean enough. Overall, it turned out to be a decent experience despite the initial hiccup.
So expensive it literally don't make sense to eat here. I bought a part pack of tacos paid nearly $30 for 12 tacos. I can get twice that at a legit street truck and the foods 100x better.

Stayed here for lunch on our way to the south with my family. We ordered Burrito and wraps. Foods were delicious and served hot enough. The Nachos fries were not as crispy as should be but we'll seasoned. While the waiting time was a few minutes longer, the offered my son an XL free drink that show they are thoughtful about their business and their customers. Parking g lot was free.
