I came Monday and Tuesday around lunchtime 12pm. Monday, I asked for 2 bean burritos with rice, and I got 2 Bean burritos with DRY burned beans (not fresh), no rice. Tuesday, I came again bc the food is so good, and i got the fresh beans this time, BUT 0 RICE! Plus, I was overcharged on my order, 8$ even (original with providing tip) and it hit my bank charged 13$.. the person in drive trough DID not tell me just acted like nothing happened if i was a unaware person you will rob me.!so you need to figure out the service part because when I'm n hungry and come from my work to your store why CAN'T I get what I would like please Taco Bell???????? IMPLEMET more window training and talking to your customers charging me for ingredients I don't get to consume and overcharging me on my lunches is what Taco Bell does?? Will watch you and keep reporting on you.. names and all .. you better DO US good man. That's so sad!!! Managers and supervisor.. what are WE doing?

This is the worst Taco Bell you could go to, I spent 14 dollars on a meal with two five layer beefy burritos that did not have any beef in them. I feel super cheated out of my lunch today. Came here for comfort food but I left with the price and none of the nice.

It’s been YEARS since I’ve had Taco Bell, let alone a decent meal. This was probably the best Taco bell I’ve had in a long time. Crisp, fresh tasting, no upset stomach after either ?, satisfied late night hunger and worker was very friendly.
They forgot my burrito can’t believe it they have one job!

Today was my cheat day from my diet after having my second daughter 4 months ago. I have been working my butt off but I needed some t-bell. Michelle is the sweetest person ever and went above and beyond with her customer service for me to make sure our order was right. And in today’s world good customer service is so hard to come by. Very much appreciate her today and that will now be my Taco Bell I go to everytime!

The employees all but one girl were al rude. I messed up on the ordering on the app. I didn't understand the location portion and couldn't figure out how to change it..my app was somehow set to a taco bell in town that I live hours away from.it was an almost 30 dollar order.so I called them up and explained what I had done by mistake..the lady on the phone told me to. Come in anytime today and they would remake it for me..well here we are after work we drive the almost 2 hour trip to go pick up thi order..we getarive and I decide to call from out in my car to make sure they are willing to remake the order..the girl on he ohonr tells me to hold on (I've got her on speaker phone) I hear her say hey Brian take this call.then nothing.they hung up on me....so nonollhb

Sorry this place needs yo get shut down they argue with customers the old lady that works there is like a negative worker she needs to get put in her spot other wise shut this whites wannabes Mexicans retards send her back to her country to be a winy little ugly thing ? she makes me raiciest just looking at her ewwww my food was cold was not cooked all the way and I think they was serving old beans that made you sick gave you the runs don't eat here I say I don't want to post a star but I half too ewww on this place
The wait times at this location are never a problem. The pure amount of profanity overheard from the staff is astounding however. The few times I have dined in at this location I have heard the entire staff swearing like sailors.The food itself is fine. It's a standard Taco Bell.

The serving size of ingredients they use in each menu item is at a bare minimum (it barely has anything it them). So, I usually order extra beans and cheese to fatten up my burritos and cheese roll-ups to make up for the lack of quantity. But rarely do they actually add extra ingredients -ingredients that I’m paying extra for, mind you-. I don’t have this issue with other locations.I would drive the extra few miles to avoid this place. Go somewhere that isn’t trying to scam you.
