Updated review from 5 star to 1.I usually go to the Lacey California taco truck by Fred Myers almost once a week or every other week, I order the same thing, never had any issues, today I ended up on Martin Way running some errands, so I called in an order, on the phone, there was a language/communication barrier with the lady taking the order, I was asking her questions and she just kept saying ok, ok, ok, and not really providing any answers, when I got there to pick up my order, something I’ve ordered from the other California tacos all the time it was way overpriced from what I usually pay, plus they don’t even have a menu with a price list hanging outside anymore, so the price is what they verbally telling, I even offered to call the other California taco to put in a similar order and see the price they’re going to give me, but the lady didn’t seem to understand anything I was saying , I got my order probably should’ve checked it in the car, once I got home, sat down and ready to eat I opened my order and it was wrong, I had ordered chicken tacos with no spicy sauce. Immediately I opened the food, it had the red spicy sauce all over the tacos. My previous review was when they had just opened and they were probably a few days or weeks old, so I’m guessing the service was top-notch, but now a few months down the line it’s just not the same.Old review. California Tacos has never disappointed, no matter the location, the food is always so good, the outside seating at this location is pretty cool especially on a nice day, and the staff is always very friendly.

Food and service were outstanding, only negative was that the tables were not clean, so I took my fajita burrito, carnitas tacos and Cubana quesadilla to go-fantastic!

Good food, fast service for a takeaway order.Dont make the same mistake I did and did NOT realized that they up charged me until I got home and took another look at the menu & realized it. I paid cash & no receipt so it was too late & didn't want to spend more on gas.My meal was $14.49+ tax. The lady said my total was $18.14. It was until when I got home that I realized I paid $2.27 more than its supposed to me!Sneaky & just wrong!

The food and the staff are great. I suggest take out only unfortunately. There is a methadone clinic behind the Dollar Store and they get some rude people that will make you feel uncomfortable. The food is always great.

What a Taco Truck!Highly recommend trying ‘Loco Burrito’. Beefy and big sized, sometimes it lasts a day for me!Staff are friendly, priced reasonable. Condiments are readily available.The morning menus are quite awesome, too. American style with slight hint of Mexican flavoring!

2 stars because their food is great but they pulled some trash with the bill. Menu says $10.50 and they charged $12.50 then decided to argue with me.

The food is good (when they actually give you the correct order). They have given me the wrong order several times. Today I asked for chicken tacos and received chorizo (at least I think it was but definitely not chicken). They’ve also added extra hot sauce on multiple visits when I’ve asked for no hot sauce. I would suggest opening your burrito or tacos before you leave to make sure they didn’t mess up your food.
