Ordered ahead on the United Dining app. The food was ready on time for ouck up. The Chorizo breakfast burrito was very large and flavorful.

Amazing. I can't believe I am just now finding this taco truck. I got taco combo which came with 2 carne asada tacos, rice and beans. My combo was so delicious!! I got my husband a leguna burrito and it was huge!! He said it even tasted great the next day because he couldn't finish the whole thing so he saved half for later. When we're in the area, we will definitely coming here again for dinner!!! It was a little awkward and difficult to get into the parking lot, and parking is limited. There were some homeless people near the taco truck but they didn't bother anyone. Service was wonderful and I got my food so fast plus it was so fresh!! 10/10 recommend

20 years later... chicken torta. No let down. Slight bummer that there's no prompt for salsa after forking over $25 for two sandwiches, but whatever. I've got some of the best salsa imaginable at home.Seasoning is just right. Delicioso. Cool people working....This location was the og if I'm not mistaken... I've hit other ones... why is this one so good??Vegetarian options: I've asked other locations, and they've told me that there's lard in the rice and the beans so vegetarians, be ultra specific when you order. Absolutely no reflection on this place specifically but for future reference: "Vegetariano estricto. ¿sin manteca?"Parking: There's a bunch of good spots right next to the truck, but if you want to walk forty five seconds from fred meyer....

I used to come to California taco all the time. Today I ordered California burrito and a chicken quesadilla for my friend. We got back to the house my friend open his chicken quesadilla to there was hair in the chicken quesadilla. For your safety, please don't go back here.

Have enjoyed Tacos California for years… my favorite Mexican food in town. Used them to cater my wife’s birthday party and had a great experience! Excellent communication and service from Savili, and the food was great!
Good food. Easy to order and pick up. Had to order online though Chownow and while it was a solid experience, I received multiple emails from Chownow and Tacos California after my order was completed. I generally do not like a bunch of email spam after I order food.

Visited this taco truck a few times when pasing ny Olympia area.. last visit the food was very bland. The carnitas were mushy and not cooked all the way, the chicken on the quesadilla was also questionable (cooked wise). Will not be returning...

I was skeptical to stop here at first but I'm so glad we did. The meat was flavorful and not burnt or dry. Very tender meat and they are very generous with potion of the meat and very affordable. We live in Portland but will be stopping here anytime we come out this way. Very friendly gentleman that work there.
