CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! DRINKS SUCK AS WELL! My friend spent $38.00 dollars for 3 drinks and brought me mine 5 mins down the road. When I got my drink it had a crack in the cup and it got all over me and my work clothes. I called and let them know the drink was not drinkable and that I would appreciate it if I could come at a later date to get a replacement. The manager said no and that she could take down my information and talk to the owner. I got a return phone call back saying that if I wanted a new drink I needed to bring in the drink and broken cup back in to prove that it wasn't drank and that the cup was cracked. I've already told the young lady that I needed to go to work and that my work clothes were all messed up so of course I needed to change my outfit and she was unsympathetic and quite rude. So I grabbed it out of the trash, double bagged the drink and I brought it to them. When I arrived I handed it to her and said may I please have my drink remade. Then I ask her if she needed me to tell her what my drink was, and her reply was"I know what you drink" so I said well can you tell me what it is that you're going to be making me then and she goes I don't need to repeat what you drink I know what you drink. If that isnt an attitude what is? So I'm watching her make my drink I ordered a cold caramel breve as I'm watching her make the drink she goes around the corner and gets old shots of coffee that they've been saving up in a container for cold drinks and measured me out my shots of coffee from that instead of making me brand new ones from the espresso machine. So of course I say something. Can I please have fresh espresso shots? then she proceeds to say you know what I don't even have to make your drink throws in the trash and goes in the back room to call the owner when she comes back she asks the other barista to "pour some fresh shots of espresso for my replacement drink. "I was a barista for 10 years" but never in my whole life have I ever had someone be so rude and such an attitude then the young lady that was working that morning. I will never go to that coffee place again and I will tell every single person that I know that drinks coffee never to go there as well. Three drinks for $38.00 WOW!!!!! If you want to be treated poorly and taken advantage of in pricing go here. Worst service and coffee here in Thurston county

Been here a few times, because it's very conveniently located for my morning commute. Unfortunately, I've had to go out of my way to get coffee now, because this place just isn't doing well.The coffee is often disappointing. It's either too sweet, lukewarm, or missing the sweetener altogether. Twice now I have had an hour and a half drive ahead of me and specifically asked them to make it hotter (when I ordered it), but received a drink that I wouldn't consider hot at all. The second time I even requested an exact temp of 180, but it must have been barely 90. Never had a coffee shop mess that up so badly.Service was about average, no real complaints there (other than getting a requested temp wrong). Could be more friendly sometimes, but usually fine.Wouldn't recommend. Give this place a shot, if you're feeling risky but, if you need some good coffee, look elsewhere
Parking: Not many parking spaces, but the ones that are there are usually open.

Unfortunately One Bad Seed can mess it up for everybody. Their coffee is amazing! But one of their workers does not know anything about customer service. One time she took my order and made my drink handed me the coffee and I gave her my card but for some reason my card was not working and I didn't have any cash on me so she ended up asking for it back just to throw it away. I was going to let that time go, maybe she was having a bad day and I couldn't pay so whatever but then again I come back and it's her again. A gift for my order and even apologize about my car not working the time before my bank had mistakenly put a hold on my account. I told her what size I wanted and paid for my drink while she was making it giving her a $2 tip only for her to hand me my drink and I realize it wasn't the right size of course it was smaller so instead of just fixing it because she was the one who made the mistake she wanted me to pay for it in the right size (less than $1 difference) I get that it's just minor but to me it's a big deal you can just throw away a drink but you can't just correct the size when you mess up. How about instead of you having a $2 tip you can put that towards the difference in price because it was your mistake. From now on IF I go back there and she is at the window, I'm just going to leave
