Toast Mi Lacey

We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!

Stopped by for the Grilled pork rice bowl, added spring rolls as a bonus, delicious, fresh, and large portions. Excellent service, atmosphere was light, cheery and delightful. Thanks again!

First time visiting today, and I was really impressed! The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great energy. The food and coffee were fantastic! I don’t usually go for sweet coffee, but the staff let me know I could adjust the sweetness, which was perfect. The Banh Mi was also delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service (one of the best) and the drinks we ordered and the Croffle was great. We are definitely coming back to try other things on their menu. Definitely recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

A little on the pricey side but worth it! Best tofu banh mi I've found so far in the Oly-Lacey-Tumwater area (and I've tried about 5 places)

This place is incredible. I grew up in Houston, a city with a heavy Viet population, and I've had some amazing banh mi's. This place ranks in the top tier, easily. Arguably the best restaurant in Lacey and our new go-to spot

Was at the gym and have been meaning to try this place for months. Finally did it and it was so good!! The inside decor is adorable, the staff actually asked for percentages of rice and salad you prefer (50/50, 25/75) to make sure you’re getting your meal your way.

I got the tofu sandwich with everything but mayo and it was perfect. Bread is crunchy but soft, the tofu was marinated so well, and all the fresh veggies plus a little heat from the jalapeños.

I intended to get home, grab a plate and a drink, the sandwich never made it out of the car it was all gone!

Can’t wait to go back! I’ll get pics then haha!

Warm greeting right when you enter the establishment, my to-go order was ready timely, tried the pork bowl w salad - do not skip out on their house dressing, delicious! Very fresh, tasty dishes. Would return:)
