We asked when picking up food for waters for our children’s meals as our children don’t drink soda or sugary drinks , plus water wasn’t an option the kids drink menu. She said they don’t offer that as a drink choice. The food wasn’t exactly how the menu stated and when I asked for a side of the sauce it stated it came with, the hostess stated she saw sauce on the roll and that sauce doesn’t come with it even though my order in past came with the sauce. She said she’d get me the sauce but that she’d have to charge me. They also added extra service fees on a pick up order. Very rude hostess and food wasn’t what it should have been. We wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and they will not be getting our money again.

This is my favorite Trappers out of the six or so I've been to. The staff is great and the sushi quality is second to none. Best spot to go for an affordable lunch or a nice date.
We've been here many times and it's consistently great and all the employees we've come across always been really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a terrible experience this was. We placed an order for pickup. Couldn’t do that by phone had to order online which is pretty dumb in itself. As we get to the restaurant the waitresses are pretty rude right off the bat. Apparently for a kids meal you can’t have water but you can have soda (shocker). Then I asked about the “service fee” we were charged as part of the order and they said “ it’s a washington state thing”. Obviously that’s BS as I’ve never experienced that on any of our take out meal orders in the past. Then for my spicy California roll I asked for the spicy mayo (standard every other sushi place including Safeway ?) and the waitress said that will be $3. I said excuse me what? She said we charge for the sauce in a rude tone and I said forget it what a rip off. Then on one of our rolls it’s supposed to have a sauce on it and it looked dry so we went back inside after checking the food and the same little rude waitress that we asked before leaving if that roll had the sauce on it and she said yes obviously then said to us you can see in the corner of the bowl that it’s wet it had the sauce on it but I can charge you for a side if that’s not enough. I would highly recommend if you want good sushi and dining experience to find a different place beside this one.
