We came for early dinner just before happy hour, our waitress was gib and we couldn't have had a better server. She was attentive and nice enough to let us sit and wait for happy hour to start. Made the entire meal a good time. Impressive carrying that many long rolls on one arm was cool. I'd ask for her each time as not only was she spot on but also entertained our antics on smart butt comments. Ask for gib and she'll take care of you.

On a Wednesday evening I ordered three rolls, one appetizer and beef teriyaki for a delivery. It took over an hour to deliver arriving about 1.5 hours after I ordered. When it was delivered it was incomplete, I only received the beef teriyaki. I called the dasher and he sent me to the merchant for my issue, I called the merchant and they sent me to DoorDash. DoorDash sent me back to the merchant. As of now I didn’t get my order or a refund. I am at a lose.

This place is AMAZING. I wish it was cheaper but for the quality of food it’s worth it. The all you can eat is great, and there was this sushi chef named Benjamin who me and my husband really liked a lot. He was so nice, even made us a roll with his own little twist and it was the bomb. Wish I could have taken pictures of the food but after our long wait to sit at the bar….we were super hungry. The only bummer is that you have to sit at the bar to get all you can eat, so if you want all you can eat show up early, not later in the evening like we did. Even though we brought our infant, they still let us sit at the bar which we really appreciated.Even though we waited a while to be seated at the bar, it was worth the wait, and worth every penny. Lunch all you can eat is 26$ I believe, a bit cheaper than the all you can eat dinner which is 30 something. Can’t wait to go back there, the food was delicious and the people that work there were so friendly and great!

Absolutely fantastic sushi but there wait times are ridiculous. Waited 30-45 minutes for my sushi. That is ridiculous. Needs to be a lot quicker.

I want to start with the fact that I am a trappers fan! I love their locations and love their sushi. However this location is very hit or miss and the inside could be brighter/more welcoming. On Tuesday April 2nd I came and had a great visit; delicious food and my server (forgot his name) made me a wonderful drink. I was so excited that I came back today, April 4th.My server Lexi was wonderful and the sushi cook was very sweet, I chatted with her for some time and they both did great.I got the same rolls I usually do and they did not taste good. Very very very fishy/saltwater taste and just not good. I ordered the same drink I had on Tuesday, and this time my order total was $12 more than it was on Tuesday for the same exact order.I have worked in customer service/food and consistency is a huge component of a customer experience and I was simply disappointed by the price difference and quality of the sushi.

This has always been our favorite sushi place, but recently it has really gone down hill. We were shocked that there was not a wait for all you can eat on a Saturday afternoon. We quickly realized why. Four sushi chefs working, somewhat empty restaurant, and it took us 15 minutes to get our first all you can eat sushi roll, then over 20 minutes to get the second. We eventually got frustrated and just left. No one has that much time to wait for food.

I was told that the last seating for All you can eat sushi was at 8:30pm. I returned at 8:30pm and they said it was closed. When I asked about the time he confirmed that it ended at 8:30pm. When I pointed out that it was 8:30pm he just said that it was already closed for all you can eat.

Went in and ordered 3 rolls , host said around 30 mins. I waited an hour. Multiple people who came in after me ate and left before I got my food. They pretty much didn’t care about my Togo at all. Usually don’t deal with this. Super

It was good my only real complaint is how cold the restaurant was. I understand they are making fresh sushi but I felt like I was in a refrigerator. I will definitely go again I'll just wear a coat while eating. ?Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian section of the menu that had a roll that was call smurf roll and a veggie roll plus many moreKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that comes with crayons and a coloring sheet plus chop stick holders for beginnersWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has no steps and a ramp all the tables are open so wheelchairs can fit under them

We love Trappers but so much has changed for the wise since just our last visit, it made this a below average experience.First the good:Food was okay, we had:? Bonney Lake - Highly recommend this roll, it's my favorite.? The Warrior - Decent.? The Sounder - Was good? Seoul Roll - Specialty of the month Roll, Bolgogi steak, this was one I could see being a regular roll.? Spicy California Roll - A traditional.? Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura - Very small portion. The not Good:☝? The portions have all shrunk. I know it's inflation, companies are protecting profits, but everything was so much smaller for the same price, it was very noticable.☝? I've been a member of their Sushi rewards, but for some reason I'm no longer there and lost all my points. The waitress said it's because they are moving to the App, but I should be on the App. Nope, not there either. Lame, this was for my birthday.☝? My wife got Steak Teriyaki, and ask her food was cold. ? The steak, rice, it was all as if it had been sitting out for a long time.We are not ones to complain, so we just ate it, left a good tip because it's not the waitresses fault, but overall would recommend going elsewhere as we probably will do from now on as well.
