I don’t know who the employee with the rainbow dyed hair is but they were so amazing and sweet. I went through the drive through about 30 mins before close and I felt bad but they were so nice and helpful and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I know they run that drive through like it’s the navy give them a raise omg

I went through drive thru tonight 12/7/25 at about 930pm. Ordered a big bacon classic and that’s not what I received. I didn’t get the sauces I ordered. I honestly get that it gets busy I have worked fast food and I have also made mistakes but this now is the third time I have gone to this location I the last 30 days and my order has been wrong. 😒

This location is always busy. The drive thru can be tricky during peak hours. Some cars enter in through the one way driveway and others come from the Arby's parking lot. I've witnessed a lot of confusion (and aggravation) with the cars not willing to yield to others when the line is more than 5 cars long. The drive thru queue isn't lined out too well. When you finally do get to the speaker, the wait to get your food is pretty quick. They are accurate just about every time and the fries are always hot.
