Never been one to leave a rating but I would not recommend this ramen to anyone. I walked out feeling robbed and had to go somewhere else to get a full stomach and to get the taste out of my mouth! Instant noodles would have been better!

Absolutely trash, to quote our waitress “ Hearty ramen with generous portions” Ramen was luke warm with no flavor and a child’s sized portion. For 20 dollars!! I was left still hungry and broke. Never again in my life. IF I COULD IT WOULD BE ZERO!

This is a unique restaurant serving a menu featuring fermented and pickled food. I had the European and Korean pickles and they were both delicious! I also had the carrot elixir which was different but tasty. The owners are great people and friendly. Highly recommend!

The kindest people own this place and their food is not only good, but interesting. Best ramen on the island. Would highly recommend, thank you to Trap and Sonya for the best family lunch of our trip.

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner in July here and it could not have been more perfect. For a group of our size, we had the entire space -- inside and outside -- and guests loved the flexibility. We'd been there one other time and, like the first time, the food did not disappoint. And they have a great stock on beer and wine. Sonya is wonderfully responsive, professional and kind and added cute little touches to the dinner. Highly recommend Anthes Ferments for any kind of private party!

The owners of this place are brilliant! There is some good food in Langley, but this spot is a must have experience!

Absolutely lovely. We ate on the patio and had manchego and olives, BBQ hum bao, and a dish with several pickled items. Hands on service from attentive owners. Perfect afternoon- thank you!

Try as many brines as you can get your mitts on. Delicious! Brines, you say? Yes, brines!

HORRIBLE!!! We paid nearly $50 for two burgers. The burgers were small (I could have paid 10$ at McDonald's for the same burger. The service was so so, but the food was horrible. It is all outdoor cooking (no problem) except there was food sitting out that should have been refrigerated. The cook that was making our food was bare-handed, then itching his nose, sticking his fingers in his pits, then touching our food again. On the tables were open water containers for consumption OUTSIDE!! Bugs could get in and all sorts of other nastiness. Will not go back and do not recommend unless you want Ecoli.

The food wasn't terrible, but awfully overpriced for what it was (I understand there may be some retort from the owner regarding the provenance of the ingredients, but I remain skeptical). The ramen however, was very boring. The waitress seemed to be taking her own stress/frustration out on our table.

Great little secret. They offer a range of food and drink. Would highly recommend to anyone in a missed group, they have something for everyone.

Excellent food! We had the smoked chicken ramen and it was delicious. We also had an appetizer of the kimchi deviled eggs that were really good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends.
