Our wedding at Fireseed was more than a five star experience! For two main reasons:The venue itself - The Fireseed property is so beautiful. It was stunning in mid-August for our wedding. There’s so much to see and so many spots for guests to enjoy and for gorgeous photos. It was truly a dream wedding venue. Dave and Dawn have thought of so many extra details at the venue and for each wedding that made a truly excellent experience for us and our guests.The people - I always felt like we and our wedding were in the best and most caring hands from when we toured the venue to our wedding day itself and every day in between. Dave and Dawn are the kindest people, know everything about weddings, offered their expert opinions on our wedding questions, and made our wedding day an excellent and seamless experience in every way. Because of their expertise, preparation, and involvement I didn’t have nearly as much to worry about in planning the wedding, and certainly didn’t worry about anything the day of the wedding which felt amazing. We were beyond thrilled with Fireseed and it was the best decision we made about our wedding! I could not recommend Fireseed more highly!

Almost two years later, and our friends keep talking about how our wedding was the best they have ever attended. Each time our wedding gets brought up, they are sure to mention how enchanting and wonderfully otherworldly Fireseed is. Not only are Dave and Dawn incredible and so very detail-oriented, Anna (the day-of life saver and coordinator) kept us on track for time and helped manage guest's experience. I was terribly worried I would not have fun on my own wedding day as I would be stressed about the little things like set-up and DJ and such. That was not the case at all. The Fireseed team had perviously worked with the few vendors for services the venue does not provide (DJ, flowers, photographer/videographer) and everything was set up and perfect upon our arrival. I had nothing to worry about. From the gardens to the adorable miniature horses to the service, our guests were awestruck the entire event. If you are considering having your day at Fireseed, just go for it. You will not regret it, and it truly will be the magical, best-day-ever all couples dream of having. P.S -- the food Fireseed Catering provided was something you might get at a fine dining restaurant. The venue also hosted and provided dinner for our rehearsal, and everything was delicious. Our guests were thrilled at the cake, at the bartenders professionalism, and at the passed apps and specialty drinks right after the ceremony ended. Seriously right after. My husband and I went to a private room (where they had our specialty drink and passed apps ready for us so we might eat and take a breather as we signed our wedding cert!!) and the servers walked directly onto the lawn to pass out drinks and apps. A glass was never empty as servers walked around during dinner as well. Seriously, I can't get over how perfect our wedding experience was. Sorry for the long, rambling review, but long story short: Get married here if you want your special day to feel like a fairytale :)

Some highlights of what we got at this venue:- A gorgeous venue. We couldn't have hoped for better. Inside/outside space was great for kids & COVID concerns.- AMAZING food AND dessert. Truly, restaurant quality food.- Bring your own alcohol. Saved us a fortune. And having a cocktail hour and then switching to beer and wine was perfect. We had our doubts but it was definitely for the best!- Guidance in planning. David walked us through the process and was a great resource when we were trying to figure out where to splurge and where to skimp, what was necessary and what was overkill. So much of it is done in-house, it really simplifies planning but isn't one size fits all.- Day of coordination/rehearsal guidance - Dawn, we would have been lost without you. Thank you. They told us where to be when and took care of everything around us so we could just enjoy our day.- An added bonus was that we loved the rest of the staff! They were so sweet and did an excellent job all around.Getting out of state folks to Whidbey Island for a weekend is definitely a logistical consideration. Otherwise, Fireseed will give you a beautiful and tasteful wedding in as seamless a way as possible in terms of putting on a wedding. We loved it so much. If I could rate this wonderful place 10 stars, I would! David, Dawn, and Anna were such a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process of planning the wedding, they were there to answer any questions and help make it into a real life dream. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and their entire team. The personalized menu from cocktail hour bites, to the main meal, were all delicious and made in house with many of the ingredients coming from their own garden they have on the property. The outside venue itself was so so incredible. We had our celebration at the end of September and there were still beautiful flowers everywhere. I am beyond happy with literally everything about Fireseed. If you’re looking for a venue, your search should stop with Fireseed. Book them!

We recently shot a wedding (and have done many now!) at Fireseed and they continue to impress. It's not unheard of for a venue to pull off a great wedding here and there, but Fireseed CONSISTENTLY puts their all into every single wedding they host. We've seen probably 8-10 weddings take place there now, and Dave, Dawn, and the whole crew is always on top of every detail. We love to see it, and can't wait to get back for more amazing weddings and dinners :) Yes, the food is incredible!

I thought I had written a review but low and behold I see I did not. My husband and I got married at this venue last June (June 25, 2023). To say it was an amazing experience would be a huge understatement. It was the most beautiful location I have ever been to, the staff (and esp Dawn and Dave) and so organized, kind and make everything flawless, and the food is TO DIE FOR. I want a friend to get married here so I can go experience it from their eyes. Do not look further, this is YOUR place.

I had a lot of questions throughout the planning process and Dave was so patient and quick to respond with helpful answers. From coordinating rentals, menus vendors--Fireseed brought our vision to life and made our big day so special. On our wedding day, Dawn and Anna handled all of the day of coordination so we could be in the moment and enjoy our day.Did I mention how gorgeous the venue is?! The venue grounds are breathtaking. We got married in August so there were flowers everywhere. You honestly don't need much additional décor because of the beauty the venue offers. We had the ceremony outside, followed by the reception in the barn which offers a beautiful, spacious area to continue the festivities.The food is also some of the best you will have! We worked with Dave and Dawn to come up with a customized menu for our wedding and they did not disappoint. I had so many guests and vendors come up to me to tell me that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!I cannot say enough good things about Dave, Dawn, Anna and the entire Fireseed team. Dave and Dawn Noble were there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! If I had any question, it was always answered kindly and quickly. The overall atmosphere of this spectacular venue was absolutely magical. The day of my wedding, I had no stress or last minute thoughts in the back of my mind. Dawn and Anna were amazing coordinators and got us all to where we needed to be, gracefully. The food! If Dave ever suggests fried chicken and you're hesitant... just do it! It was heavenly, along with the rest of our menu of course. The grounds are beautiful too. I truly cannot give this venue enough stars to show all my appreciation. Absolutely one of a kind!
