The ice cream here is nothing special and doesn’t put its self above grocery store ice cream. The experience here was disappointing because I love supporting small businesses but this is not one who puts itself at a small business standard given that the employees started laughing after we asked for a sample. Truly unprofessional and embarrassing.

Steep pricing for very stingy scoops

Really yummy ice cream and treats, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly:) 🍦

Stopped in on a whim while visiting Whidbey. Should've read the reviews before going inside. Seems like many people have had issues with the staff and I had the same bad experience. The employee seemed annoyed by my husband and I as soon as we walked in and they gave us an attitude the entire time we were ordering. Will not return.

Great peach short cake

Great view to sit and eat your ice cream. Good customer service and fast service 👌

Absolutely ridiculous. This place is the definition of vibe over substance and it’s a complete scam. $9 for a tiny scoop of flavorless ice cream that doesn’t even come close to McDonald’s, let alone Costco’s? Calling that a sundae is laughable.

The drinks? An insult. Watery sugar bombs with clumps of undissolved matcha powder floating around like they gave up halfway through making it. I’ve had better drinks at home with instant powder and a spoon. The only thing this sugar bomb can do is give me 3rd degree diabetes.

There is zero care put into the food or customer experience, just a greedy cash grab with no shame. They charge as if they’re Michelin-tier but deliver like a failed DIY. Save your money and your taste buds.

Ice cream is soft and tastes good. In the middle of the town with nice seating area.

Fine. Scoop size was embarrassingly small. Ice cream didn’t even fill the waffle cone.

Service was meh, ice cream was not really good.
3.5% card fee. 20%/22%/24% suggested tip is crazy.

The owner was a little rude to my kids. One of them took about 30seconds to decide, which I guess is a long time if you're counting. When my kid made a selection, the owner responded "thank you" with a very sarcastic tone. It put a damper on an otherwise fun ice cream outing while visiting the island. We will search for other dessert options next time.

Best ice cream! My favorite treat is a scoop of salted caramel ice cream in a cup with a shot of espresso on top. SO GOOD 👍

Really cramped space, not very many flavors to choose from. The lady working was nice though.

I got the salted Caramel milkshake and it tasted like cheap caramel sauce was used. They also had no samples and a bunch of fees for everything including whip cream and wipes for your hands.
