Yummy BLT, good fries and large portions. Worth a visit, stop by the garden place next door too it's fabulous.

Nothing much to write home about. The service is fine and the staff is all very friendly. Breakfast was just okay, everything was pretty bland. Hot chocolate is just chocolate syrup with warm milk. Gluten-free menu items are very misleading, everything is prepared on the same surfaces and use the same fryers, meaning anyone with celiacs is out of luck, and will be disappointed to find nothing to eat. That includes their “gluten-free” doughnuts… A pretty unsatisfying and disappointing breakfast this morning. Even the doughnuts are nothing more than okay.

Dietary restrictions: NOT celiac-friendly, despite “gluten-free” labels on most breakfast items. Shared fryers and cooking surfaces mean 100% chance of cross-contamination.

Best onion rings ever! Super chopped salad ?

The staff is amazing! The name is confusing. They do use doughnut bread on some items and have doughnuts available but it's much more than that. They have eggs Benedict on Sundays and homemade hash. I love the sandwiches and salads. Chop salad is my favorite.

Disappointed at what happened today. My wife and son and I arrived about 1 p.m. There were several empty tables and booths. The greeter/waitress led us to a booth and we sat down. Then she immediately came back and said we had to move, because a group of five was walking down the path to the restaurant.Huh?Our mistake was to be kind enough to not question that and move to the very small booth she pointed us to.I've worked in the restaurant business and we eat in restaurants all over the world. We have never been asked to give up our table for someone else once we've been seated and I've never heard of any customers moved after they've been seated for another group. We decided to just leave. It slowly sunk in that we had been treated badly. We left, but then I returned to explain calmly to the waitress the reason we were leaving. She argued with me that it was okay to move us for a group that was two people larger. There isn't a reservation policy at Whidbey Doughnuts. We were there first. I understand you want to seat as many customers as possible and make the most money you can, but there were other tables available they easily could have moved this group to. We've never heard of anyone moving a group who was seated first to make way for a slightly larger group. That was a mistake. You make your money in the restaurant business by treating your customers fairly and ensuring repeat business. My family eats at Whidbey Doughnut maybe twice a month. My wife meets her friends there and eats there every week.We are considering never going back.

Tasty gluten free donuts and meal options. 4 stars because donuts are very pricey.

Dietary restrictions: A number of gluten free options.

I have been going to WHIDBEY DONUTS for years. I am addicted to their Apple Fritters. I felt the quality went down for awhile but it has really come back. The last couple times their old Fritters are back. Oh so good. The avocado toast is also great. Their employees are always so welcoming. I hope you will all enjoy their foot.
