Nobody here and super slow, cashier cant take new orders while she makes drinks…weirdly slow and under staffed, and the music was super depressing…

These will be the best biscuits of your LIFE. Do not skip this place on your trip here - it is 10000% worth visiting over and over. My only regret is not buying more biscuits to take home
The coffee is fantastic too! My favourite part is that the staff is paid well and fairly (there’s a sign that specifies that they don’t expect tips bc they pay their staff an equitable wage). I loved seeing that!!!

Go to Argonaut if you want to enjoy some modern mountain lifestyle vibe. Nothing else is worth your money.
I was in the shop well within its business hours at 1pm on a Sunday. The name of the place says biscuits. Instead of a genuine apology, I was patronized by the barista, "You should come here earlier if you want biscuits."
Sadly, the coffee we had made me want to stay away from this shop as far away as possible even if they have the best biscuits. Note, coffee comes before biscuits in their name. We got two cups of cortados, made with different beans. Both cups made my face pucker immediately.
More frustratingly, I feel like I am repeating what all the other low star raters have said with nothing new to add. Is the shop just selling an image, an idea of modern mountain lifestyle by the Seattle couple that "made" it?

Tried a few lattes from here and all of them tasted amazing. The gallets were fun, some of the best pastries I’ve had. There isn’t much indoor seating, so keep that in mind if you plan to hang out while you eat.

Great little coffee shop with a wonderful outdoor space for the warmer months. Service was incredible and friendly.

TLDR; Excellent place for coffee, best biscuits I’ve ever had.
We came in around 8:30 on a weekend and just made it in before the line started behind us. It gets crowded very quickly so I recommend coming as early as possible.
I ordered a cappuccino, hipster avocado toast and a plain biscuit with jam and butter. Everything was delicious - the toast in insanely crunchy and the avocado is super creamy, the biscuit was generously buttered and jammed, and had a lovely crumble to it as well. The cappuccino was really well done too - coffee is roasted nicely and does not have an acidic flavor.

Delicious coffee. Great vibe. Artwork on wall was beautiful too. I had the macchiato and kids had the hot chocolate. Of course. All great.

Drip was good. Horchata latte was a little heavy on maybe nutmeg or cloves… couldn’t super tell. And could use some more vanilla syrup. Horchata is a fairly sweet drink. This wasn’t. It was still tasty enough though. But the food was so good. The breakfast sandwiches were just phenomenal. And we tried the chocolate zucchini muffin which was so delicious. The chocolate was good chocolate. It was rich and earthy and not dredged in sugar. The zucchini didn’t take a backseat to the chocolate. Loved it.

Delicious breakfast burritos with fresh ingredients and lattes. Very cozy, charming atmosphere. Seating is primarily outside with a beautiful view. The burritos do come with a sauce that's a bit spicy, but it was delicious. The savory biscuit was also a favorite in our group.

Every time I try to go here, they are either sold out of food by noon or the kitchen is closed. Should really remove the "biscuits" from "coffee and biscuits"

The coffee was great (latte). You’ll need to get there early as they ran out of biscuits, which seems to be their operating model. There is really no space to hang out in the shop, so grab and go, or eat outside.

Horchata latte was very good - the restaurant was very cute and well decorated but small. Seating outside had heaters which was very nice. Would definitely return!
