We joined their wine club two years ago specifically because we loved their Glühwein. When those were no longer included, we purchased several bottles separately for Christmas.
The order was never delivered due to a delivery service issue. We understand that things happen. What’s disappointing is that more than a month has passed with no resolution and no proactive communication from the company.
We initially spoke with one representative, were referred to another (Chase), and given a phone number. We reached out twice and never received a response. Because of the lack of follow-up, we missed the entire reason for purchasing the wine in the first place. Great product, but extremely poor communication and customer service when something goes wrong.

We came in here after walking in the cold and had a glass of hot spiced wine. It was so delicious and cozy. What a wonderful experience. The owner was so friendly and nice to chat with. Will be back!

Probably the best service I've ever had at a wine tasting. They also waive the tasting fee when you buy a bottle, fantastic deal. The Gluhwein is great!

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the facility. He was kind, informative, and the wine was fantastic. We did the tasting and ended up leaving with a bottle (which comped a price of a tasting)! We plan to make coming to Leavenworth a yearly tradition and we will be incorporating coming here into that as well! If you go anywhere, go here!

We did some tasting room hopping when we were in Leavenworth. Of all of them, Bergdorf was far and away the best. Highly recommend!
Me and my wife really enjoyed this location on our week long trip. We came here a few times and we had a blast each time. The bartender is awesome! He was so knowledgeable not just of the wine but of the entire town. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Also the frozen drinks are amazing! Best wine tasting in Leavenworth.

What a great wine cellar with cozy indoor “at the bar” seating and wonderful outdoor seating. We especially loved the steel aged Chardonnay and the 2020 GSM. Owner and staff are great and prices are in line. We went twice during our 24 hour visit to Leavenworth. We hope to return.
