Me and my wife had the opportunity to dine in at carta during Valentine's Day weekend, we did not have reservations but we were able to get it and sit at the bar as it had a couple seats open, the bar tender and team members greeted us with kind gestures and let us know where we could hang our jackets, my wife loved the atmosphere of the place which gives off a nice small and cozy environment with out overcrowding, before ordering food we ordered drinks off the drink menu which were prepared precisely and in great time, we then ordered food as we're both hungry, I ordered the meatloaf which was a boar and bison meatloaf with seasoned mash potatoes and grilled vegetables, and my wife ordered the tendori chicken, both meals were prepared and brought out to us within a short amount of time, Both meals looked, smelled and tasted amazing amazing, but we both agreed that the tendori chicken outshined as it was so delicious and prepared so perfectly with the right amount of Spices and herds, after the entree we ordered a dessert off the dessert menu which was not very long but had some great options available, the chocolate cake is what we settled on, as it was placed on the table I immediately thought of the movie Matilda (chocolate cake scene) as the piece of cake was massive, the cake was so delicious and flavorful but we could not finish it as it was just so much food. I would like to also note that during this whole time the bartender and staff aswell as the manager treated us so well and made sure our drinks were refilled and made sure we were comfortable and not needing anything more. I would highly recommend carta and will be going again soon.

Food, drinks, and service were all top notch. We enjoyed our crab cakes, beef tenderloin, elk steak, and chocolate cake. Overall it was pretty pricey but they do offer some affordable bottles of wine to enjoy with dinner.

I finally had the opportunity to eat at Carta and was thoroughly impressed. I had the scallops, which I highly recommend, and the dessert was outstanding. It was a great experience celebrating my wife’s birthday.

Exemplary experience at Carta. Our server, Paul, was attentive yet didn’t rush the service. It was evident that every member of the restaurant staff had training on proper etiquette for serving patrons, which is hard to come by nowadays. The food was spectacular, from appetizer to dessert. However, I wouldn’t order the Wagyu strip again - was bit tough for a Wagyu cut despite being cooked to a perfect medium rare. Overall, would love to dine here again!

Simply superb dining. Both ribeye and tenderloin were outstanding. The Brussels were some of the best we ever experienced.

Holy cow! Pun intended.
Seriously this food was nothing short but deliciously generously well portioned (1 entree is good enough for 2) culinary food. Atmosphere is great for date nights and keeps things classy. Service is great and all is well.

We arrived without a reservation. Three tables were occupied, and we checked online and there was plenty of availability for table reservations. They wanted to seat us at the bar. I wouldn't have a problem with that if the restaurant was full, but when all the tables are empty and the bill is over $100, and we ended up spending over $300...

Two words. Stupid good. My husband and I are huge Larch fans. We finally made our way to Carta, and agreed that we have a new go-to favorite restaurant. Amazing service, stellar drinks, phenomenal food (and huge portions), interesting menu, all of the good things. The Wenatchee valley is lucky to have a good steak house finally. Everything we had from drinks, to apps, to entrees was delicious.

We had a great experience here.
Ace went above and beyond to make sure we had the drinks we wanted, even running (literally) next door for some Rum that my spouse ordered.
The rib eye steak was absolutely worth every dollar! Cooked to perfection!!

Hands down the best filet I've had - beats Ruth's Chris and Daniel's Broiler, IMO.

This was a perfect way to end a long day strolling and shopping through Leavenworth. Every dish was plated beautifully. The sauce and flavors made every bite filled with flavor. The Wagyu beef literally melts in your mouth. That was the highlight of our evening. Highly recommend this restaurant despite the pricey dishes!

Really impressive dishes. Well worth the price point, it’s a lot of food. The scallops were incredible. I tried my friends Manhattan and it was perfectly cooked and delicious.
