This Cold Stone Creamery is nowhere near the greatest. Last time I was here, there was a hair in my ice cream, and this time, I brought my ice cream back to the counter because there was no brownie in it when I asked. The girl said, “I put brownie in it.” The girl who had been mean mugging everyone the whole time (literally not even a stoic hint of a smile) kept repeating this. I finally convinced her in a tone that I only partially regret to add more brownie. She did so, and what was gross was that she took my icecream that I had already dug my licked spoon into and put it back on the slab to mix it which is completely unsanitary and I feel bad for the customers after me. And again, she mixed it so thoroughly that it was all tiny crumbs in the ice cream and you could barely see them anyway because the amount of brownie that she put in for the size (large) of ice cream that I purchased was not much. Despite being the worst Cold Stone Creamery that I have ever been to, they also have the highest prices of any Cold Stone Creamery that I have been to. Not worth it.

Whoever is in charge of this place really doesn’t care about costumers. The poor high school age students are wildly under staffed. Have two working on a Saturday night. Spent 45 minutes in line. Place stinks. The employees were great but the owner or manager are block heads

We stopped by for ice cream. when we came in there was one girl in the front and there were a group of 3 girls in the back. We weren't greeted and they just stood there looking at each other. When I was ordering my mom wanted a waffle cone and one of the young girls turned to the girl who was in the front asking if she could take one. In response the girl said in Spanish " I will never finish." I understand that it may have been a long shift but, those comments just ruined the mood. Honestly I work in customer service and this was by far the worst service, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worker at an ice cream shop tell me to “deal with it.” My friend ordered cake batter and asked for golden Oreos in place of original ones. The girl completely ignored that request and so we let that slide as it wasn’t really a big deal, BUT when my friend received her ice cream, it had cotton candy bits all along the top of it (nothing in her order said anything close to cotton candy). If you know anything about cotton candy, it completely alters the taste of something as it is quite a distinct flavor.
When we asked for a remake because it was not what she ordered, the girl just looked at us and said because the cotton candy bits were so small, she wasn’t going to remake it. I asked about allergies and it didn’t even phase her. She just stared at us as if there wasn’t anything wrong and had a major attitude over the whole thing.
Beyond even the blatant lack of customer service is clearly a sign that they are not cleaning their board before they are making the ice cream combos for people.
0/10 would never visit this establishment again.

Is the 5th time I came for ice cream cause i really love it but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST thing I've ever received in my life and this is every time!!! Maybe the Owners take advantage about how good the ice cream is to contract cheap service from ladies that hate their job!!!! My main job at work is Customer Service and not even a SMILE or nice voice came from these girls!!!!! You stay in business because of the clients!!! Take care of them!!!! Seriously that sucks! ??????

Insanely hot inside. Colder outside in July. Super long line and only 2 poor kids working their butt's off. All of our ice creams were gross. Never had this problem at other Cold stones. I tipped those girls well because they were working hard but the owner needs to step it up and fix some things.

They turned us away at 7:55 and they close at 8 pm. Best ice cream in the world though. Need to stay open later as the whistle punk ice cream is terrible, very sad night to not have my beloved coldstone. Need to get the AC fixed here as well.
after seeing the new minion special on TikTok, I decided to go to go to this establishment to get it. Entering this location makes you feel unwelcomed. The body language of the workers show as if you are a bother to them and are annoyed of your presence. Not a single welcome or hello. The amount of marshmallows that were put onto my treat was pathetic, and they underserved the ice cream. If they hate their jobs so much or hate people, why not just quit and let someone who is more friendly get the opportunity to work there? I will be going to other establishments instead after my experience.

I went in yesterday and ordered the new Oreo combination ice cream. When the employee gave me my ice cream it looked nothing like the picture. When I asked why it wasn’t in a waffle cone she said it’s an extra charge. I told her I wanted what was on the picture and she looked confused. I paid and left rather than make an issue. Terrible service
