Good ice cream. We had a simple order, but they messed it up, charged us for the wrong size, left the brownie out of one order. Recommend you double check what they are charging you for and make sure you get what you ordered.

Review: Man, I came in hoping for sweet, creamy bliss—but instead found a slow-moving line and some seriously chilly customer vibes (and not the good kind).
The energy was all jammed up—staff seemed spaced out, not tuned in. No smiles, no rhythm, just waiting… and waiting. Felt more like a test of patience than a treat for the soul.
Ice cream should be a joyful journey, not a frozen frustration. Gotta say, this one left me cold in all the wrong ways. One star, with hopes they find their groove again soon.

Everytime we make the drive from Chelan to go here it’s closed when it says it’s supposed to to be open on the door and the website.

Obviously anything in Leavenworth is beautiful but rude staff and the ice cream tasted “off” and when I asked if we could have one order fixed our half eaten ice cream was plopped in the community cold mixing place and I was not thrilled to think about the next person getting my salad a on their ice cream or who’s germs I got. Yuck. 🤢 I would give 0 stars on staff.

This Cold Stone Creamery is nowhere near the greatest. Last time I was here, there was a hair in my ice cream, and this time, I brought my ice cream back to the counter because there was no brownie in it when I asked. The girl said, “I put brownie in it.” The girl who had been mean mugging everyone the whole time (literally not even a stoic hint of a smile) kept repeating this. I finally convinced her in a tone that I only partially regret to add more brownie. She did so, and what was gross was that she took my icecream that I had already dug my licked spoon into and put it back on the slab to mix it which is completely unsanitary and I feel bad for the customers after me. And again, she mixed it so thoroughly that it was all tiny crumbs in the ice cream and you could barely see them anyway because the amount of brownie that she put in for the size (large) of ice cream that I purchased was not much. Despite being the worst Cold Stone Creamery that I have ever been to, they also have the highest prices of any Cold Stone Creamery that I have been to. Not worth it.

Whoever is in charge of this place really doesn’t care about costumers. The poor high school age students are wildly under staffed. Have two working on a Saturday night. Spent 45 minutes in line. Place stinks. The employees were great but the owner or manager are block heads

We stopped by for ice cream. when we came in there was one girl in the front and there were a group of 3 girls in the back. We weren't greeted and they just stood there looking at each other. When I was ordering my mom wanted a waffle cone and one of the young girls turned to the girl who was in the front asking if she could take one. In response the girl said in Spanish " I will never finish." I understand that it may have been a long shift but, those comments just ruined the mood. Honestly I work in customer service and this was by far the worst service, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worker at an ice cream shop tell me to “deal with it.” My friend ordered cake batter and asked for golden Oreos in place of original ones. The girl completely ignored that request and so we let that slide as it wasn’t really a big deal, BUT when my friend received her ice cream, it had cotton candy bits all along the top of it (nothing in her order said anything close to cotton candy). If you know anything about cotton candy, it completely alters the taste of something as it is quite a distinct flavor.
When we asked for a remake because it was not what she ordered, the girl just looked at us and said because the cotton candy bits were so small, she wasn’t going to remake it. I asked about allergies and it didn’t even phase her. She just stared at us as if there wasn’t anything wrong and had a major attitude over the whole thing.
Beyond even the blatant lack of customer service is clearly a sign that they are not cleaning their board before they are making the ice cream combos for people.
0/10 would never visit this establishment again.
