The ice cream here is very good, they use the Umpqua brand and allow you to split-scoop bowls with two flavors. We like to rotate between here and Whistlepunk depending on the seasonal flavors available at Whistlepunk. The usual line-up at Whistlepunk isn't our favorite, however the holiday flavors there are quite good. So Das Sweet Shoppe gets our business most of the year.

We used Das Sweet Shoppe for our dessert at our wedding, and I would highly recommend their catering service to anyone and everyone. They're extremely responsive, cost effective and overall easy to work with - it's a plus that the ice cream is great, too :) They have you come in for a tasting to choose three ice cream flavors to have available during your event, which is super helpful. Their setup they bring to events is very cute (check out their Instagram for photos) and it comes with plenty of topping options, cups and cones! I can't thank Taylor enough for making this process so easy, by far one of the best vendors we worked with for our big day. If we ever host an event in the area again, we will definitely be reaching out.

On a hot day today in Leavenworth during rush hour my family and I still received amazing service. I believe the person who helped us was named Semi (had blonde hair and hair claw clip)? I informed Semi that I have celiacs disease and can’t have cross contamination with what I ingest. She was very knowledgeable about what flavors would be safe for me to have, ensured me that she will use a clean new scooper for the ice cream, and informed me that she will get the ice cream scoops from a new tub. I love that a friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable environment was provided even during rush hour for my celiac disease. Thank you very much!!

We went to there store on Saturday, and bought 2 big tubs of salted popcorn's, and tried , it was too much bitter, on reaching the store again, to tell them, they were rude, a girl in apron , she refused our feedback and said we just made 1 hour back, but it was false, we even asked to taste from your popcorn storing place, but they didn't bothered, it was confirmed that it is bitter, we were 7 people in all, and also she said we don't refund or give any store credits, we still handed over the tubs to her, as it was waste for us. Should definitely improve there customer services, and ofcourse how to deal give feedbacks, DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE !!!
