Homefires Bakery is located inside Dan's Food Market. When you get inside, go left and all the way down.They had amazing fresh baked goods! I recommend coming here.

Everything I've ever gotten here has been amazing, and an incredibly good deal. As if that wasn't already everything you could want, the owner used to donate all her delicious day olds to the raft guide camps in Leavenworth (basically camps full of hungry young people who can't afford enough food). I will never come to Leavenworth and not buy a bag or 2 of the amazing muffins.

We stopped around 3pm and went to the bakery in the back. There were no pastries available, but there were some mini pies & VERY hard cookies in a bag. We tried the cherry & marionberry. They were delicious. I just wish there were more selection.
