The biggest take away from Icicle is that even for a touristy place like Leavenworth, this place is expensive. If you're in the mood for chocolates, go to Ganz Klasse.

Fun place to chill! Krista’s Drink was delicious and the Milk Chocolate Coconut cluster was amazing! The Barista was fantastic, cheerful under pressure, and I would highly recommend this place to grab a quick moment of enjoyment! Cheers!

Great little shop. Had the caramel macchiato and the peanut butter chocolate fudge. Both were delicious, so good we went back the next day!

They are a little slow, but they have good tasting coffee and chocolate. And they are actually open on Thanksgiving and holidays and the others close!

I visited this café in the late afternoon with my out-of-state relatives, hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment. The girl at the counter had a noticeable attitude and lacked knowledge about the menu, specifically what goes into their coffee. We placed our order and waited patiently for about 30 minutes. When we asked about our drinks, the barista pointed to a counter where they had been sitting, already cold. No one had informed us when they were ready, and the staff had no explanation for why we weren’t notified.

The café was not busy, with only our group and two other customers present, so there was no excuse for this oversight. When I asked for the names of the staff involved, they refused to provide them. If this place is going to hire teenagers, they should at least ensure proper training and basic customer service skills. Very disappointing experience.

The place was great!
Had a lot of variety to choose from except they didn’t had the drink that I wanted so wasn’t able to try it out.
But otherwise ambience was great.
They had a cute little retail store inside too to buy drink cups and souvenirs.
They carry a lot of good flavour of fudge. Did not buy as I am not a fan of it but it all looked amazing and couple waiting for their drinks spoke highly about the taste and texture of the fudge.
