We had a wonderful meal here last year, fixed price, served at the table. We called ahead and they said they didn't do reservations, but when we got there, it was closed and had been for a while. I have stayed at Sleeping Lady for conferences twice in the past, and the food was a great part of the experience. Too bad. Apparently, they just have a cafe that offers pizza and burgers, only four days a week.

A huge part of the Sleeping Lady resort experience. I kind of feel like it’s the heart of the whole compound and it was so sad to stay there and not see it open. The staff is understandably vague about the timeline of re-opening, but I sure hope it comes back soon.

Pretty decent. Surprised that they had some vegan options, but they are pretty sparse sometimes. Service is good though. For the price you pay, if your willing to eat yourself sick you will get your money's worth, but if not then maybe opt for a less expensive buffet or go to a normal restaurant.

Wonderful dining experience ! An array of choices with each course, all delicious, thoughtfully prepared and varied. Ample vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free selections.

The ordering process was extremely confusing. For breakfast the waiter quickly read 15 options, and there was no menu available. We ended up getting eggs and potatoes for $50 / 2 people.

A little hard to find but oh so worth meandering toward the back to see the Chihuly glass ice sculptures. Beautiful restaurant....scrumptious food...excellent service! Covid precautions were in place with space between patrons...mask wearing servers made this a safer and extremely enjoyable visit!!!

We had a great experiance at Kingfisher. The serving and wait staff we so genuinly friendly and professional. The dinner choices where small due to Covid but were perfect. My husband had the salmon, he was going to ask for more! He is the master of salmon so rarely orders it but but was that good. I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection. I prefer MR and it was tender a juicy and full of flavor. They offered four desserts. We tried three. Honestly, we tried two and asked for seconds. If you are staying at the Sleeping Lady choose the meal option(at least for a day) We looked forward to dinner after a lovely breakfast and was not dissappointed.

Booked online so we would have a reservation. Little did we know we would have to walk a ways to get to the restaurant (so it was raining and were soaked/ not to mention little path lighting) Walked in, and waited, waited to be seated at our reserved table. Finally got sat and the menu was handed to us and waitress left. No prices on the food menu we were curious how much dinner was going to be, so we finally asked. $45.00 a plate- per person- we were already there and seated so we decided to stay. First the bread- best part of the meal unfortunately. Then the platter to share- it was ok, soup was barley warm, then TWO choices. Hope you like one of the two, if not you were out of luck! The sides were veggies- which tasted burned and raw at the same time. The last was dessert. It was nice, enough for a toddler maybe. The size was about a 50 cent coin. Again, disappointing. Along the way we got more service from the lady cleaning the tables than our server. Our server visit other tables much more often and ignoring us. Will never go back, nor will be stay on site either. Writing so others don't make this same mistake we did. Go elsewhere, better food and lower prices.

This restaurant is basically an upscale buffet, all you can eat. However, during Covid, you are served at the table from their buffet. The setting and servers are great. The menu reads very gourmet. However, I was disappointed with the quality. For our dinner there, the soup and salad courses were fine, but not the main course. My king salmon had very little flavor. My wife's lamb was good, but nothing special. I think that this is due to not cooking fresh to order, and sitting around in a warming tray. We skipped the next night's dinner, and ate at the Grotto cafe. The dinner is $45 per person, which I think is a poor value for the quality. We ate here for breakfast also. The scrambled eggs were cool, hard and tasteless, obviously from sitting around. On one day they would not cook me some fresh fried eggs, but on the second day they did. The waffle was cool and limp. That was $20 per person.

We had the set menu. Beautifully presented. Our server, Maria, was above and beyond. She was so intelligently accommodating making us feel welcomed and valued. The bread was so good. The soup was great. I had to control myself not to eat it too much. The rockfish, steak, and vegetables were all fantastic. The desserts were amazing. Return on investment was definitely one of the highest.

Kingfisher has excellent food and the service is amazing. They usually have food served buffet style, but due to covid it is table side service. The food is fresh and unique. You will not leave hungry. We really enjoyed Matthew as our waiter so much that we sat in his section for breakfast the next day.

Do NOT eat here unless you're staying here and it's your only option. Food ranges from good to absolutely horrible. Our server was grossly unqualified and no one was training her. First, she had on massive amounts of perfume...any scent is a big NO in food service. We ordered a sparkling rose' to start, but she brought us 2 glasses of an unknown rose' wine, then argued with us about what we ordered when we asked her to bring us the correct drinks which she finally did! Next, we were ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED to learn this place only serves a BUFFET dinner...NOT at all clear from the online description which makes it sound like a chef's tasting menu. Due to COVID rules, our "server" would fill our plates for us. For the "appetizer," she said they had crackers, meat and bean dip and recommended "a little of everything." The cold bean dip was nasty. The burrata with figs and balsamic was a welcome surprise! For dinner, she could only say our food options were "Sal-man, pork, potato, and veg-it-table peppers." She could not answer ANY questions and we're again advised to have "a little of everything." The salmon was fresh and cooked appropriately but without any seasoning or sauce. The pork seemed like it came from a Hormel package and had a watered down, oddly red "plum" sauce. The unseasoned roasted potatoes were barely cooked. The vegetables were a very burnt and very mushy pile of broccoli, bell peppers, and onions. I don't think a dog would have eaten it. Truly disgusting! I CANNOT believe any restaurant would serve that...ever. Desert ("a little of everything") was all mediocre and not worth eating. Luckily, they have a nice wine list...we were given the correct bottle of wine which we enjoyed while looking at the gorgeous scenery and being very happy with each other's company. The wine list and the burrata/figs/balsamic saved them from zero stars.

Great place for a date. I really like seeing what my food looks like before ordering though and I couldn't due to Covid19. Overall it was really yummy food. They are struggling with Covid19 so support this business!
