Great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a little off the main strip in Leavenworth. Service was fast and accurate all with a smile. The fish and chips was great and the prime rib dip was amazing, along with the cocktails. This gem is one of the very few in Leavenworth that has a full bar along with a happy hour. Definitely worth the visit.
I wish I had our servers name. He was a younger gentleman and our family really loved having him! He was so nice and accommodating. A lot of places these days have servers that act like we’re putting them out when giving our order 😂😭… he was checking on us, had great manners, very genuine. The food was a fair price compared to what we saw around the town. The food and seating was exactly what we needed after a long weekend of driving! Thank you for having such a great staff here!
I dried the pork Schnitzel. It was horrible. Nothing like a Schnitzel at all.
Wonderful food and service
Burnt toast completely charred. Eggs Benedict were not runny yokes. Paid 80 dollars for the worst breakfast I've had in years. Restaurant was empty and I could here the cooks complaining from the lobby. Only saving grace was our waitress was super nice and attentive. Other than that I didn't even feel like they deserved to be paid for the utter garbage they excused as food.
Sat on patio with my dog, took a while to be acknowledged/given a menu. Waitress was friendly and did a good job. Gyro tasted great, could have used more meat, and fries were cooked well but lacked salt (added salt at the table and they were great). Would go back.
After we were seated our server came over and I asked for chocolate milk for my young grandson. She said no problem. She waited on the table behind us who were seated after us and that was okay. She kept going back to that table to check on them and never brought the chocolate milk to us or stopped to check on us. After sitting there for 15 minutes and no service, I saw her standing in the front and I walked up to the counter and asked where was the chocolate milk at ? She asked are you ready to order? Yes we were.ready to order.
Our hostess/waitress was Catalina. She is always friendly and inviting. We couldn't ask for a better waitress. She always has a smile on her face when my mom and I come in, and she notices when we haven't been in in a while. Thank you, Catalina!! Hugs from Karen and my mom/Kathy??

Woe befall this establishment the day that they lose Chris (hope I'm using the right spelling), for he is the shining star of Kristall's.
His relentless positivity, hospitality, and skill at beverage crafting puts basically every other bar to shame, making him the one bartender to rule them all.
This is the perfect place to go for a little evening wind down (but I don't want to tell you that, because after all, why shouldn't I keep it for myself!)

Kristall's is across the road and down a ways from Front Street. They have their own free parking in the back. Separate doors for the restaurant and lounge from the back lot. The lounge was nice, and sports/games were on the TVs, but we'd spent the whole day in nature and didn't feel up for that much stimulation. We ate in the restaurant. It's a bit dark, but comfortable and cozy. They have booths with padded benches. We split the Bavarian Appetizer that has a giant pretzel, sausage, and sourkraut.

Great food wonderful staff....(from 11/4/20)
4 years later went on 11/2/24 ordered the "German Schnitzel" thinly pounded meat. It was a processed ground breaded patty whole meal was barely warm and unappealing.

Honestly, my family and I usually like to come here for breakfast or lunch when we come to Leavenworth. The food is usually pretty good, but this last time will definitely be our last. The waitress decided it was appropriate to not come and take our order and rather dissappear. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the poor customer service would be expected if there were a bunch of people inside. We ultimately decided to leave after waiting for close to 20 minutes, and yes, we did try to get their attention, but like I said before, the waitress literally disappeared. If you like poor customer service, go ahead and go here because the food is decent but not the best. I went to Bear Bear down the road, and they had no problem serving this family of 6.
