My husband and I always have a great time here! The service is wonderful and we love seeing the friendly faces that work there! There's a cider for everyone and don't forget to admire the beautiful wooden staircase. It's kid friendly also so our boys have fun as well. We can't wait until there's more Channel Marker Rainbow Peppercorn again!
This place is awesome! 25 ciders on tap and a few cases of ciders you can take to go. The taps had a great variety of ciders from different cideries and a range of sweet/dry.The staff is very knowledgeable about the ciders they have available and made great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back (again, we actually stopped in twice the other day).Their brats are AMAZING (best brat I've ever had) with cider sour kraut. They were super helpful with a few modifications so my picky kiddo would eat also.Kid-friendliness: Lots of pizza/pretzel options. They also helped us modify a dish so my picky kiddo would eat. They were super sweet with her also.

Cider and Beer selection is great, got a flight of 3 ciders and 2 beers for $20.I would not recommend this place for food. Brats and pretzels were mediocre and overpriced, I would just wait in line for Munchen House instead
I was so excited to visit here but turned out to be a bad experience. My dad had back problems so we asked for a seat change since we were sitting on a tall stool with no back support. Server told us she’ll check if seat change is available but never came back to us. Cider was good but the pretzel took an hour to come out. I understand the place was busy but maybe there shouldnt be that many tables if the restaurant cant handle the amount of people. An hour for one pretzel is ridiculous.Im sure when theres less people the experience will be much better. They have a lot of cider flavor choices. Itd be much better if the waiters were more considerate too.

Stopped in for some pretzels. Had the truffle and Ruben pretzels. They were amazing! Also enjoyed the atmosphere and service.
Overpriced! Ciders were good, but got the Mob Pretzel and was very underwhelming. It was a lot for a pretzel and a cider flight, and the atmosphere was nice downstairs, but you kind of lost the effect as you went up. All in all not a must, but maybe just order a different pretzel.

Amazing customer service! Sat down with my boyfriend to order food and beers. After an hour, the food hadn't arrived yet. My boyfriend went up to ask the waitress if our food was coming out soon, and she went out of her way to provide us with a complimentary round of drinks and a full refund of food. And it was the best pretzel and beer cheese I've had! Also- the ciders were so good we didn't realize how much time had passed until an hour had went.
