We had high hopes for this beautiful, clean restaurant, and chose to forgo our normal favorite dinner spot to finally give this one a try. Service was very slow, even though the place was practically empty. Once food was brought out, we were not checked on again until the end of the meal, which was unfortunate because mine was inedible. From start to finish everything was amazing! From the staff to the food and the atmosphere. If we could have eaten here every night we would have.
What a difference ten years makes
I wish this was a positive statement. Sadly, no. The last time we dined at Mozart's it was probably the best, most authentic German/Austrian food in Leavenworth. Now it shows little of that.
Three of us tried the Schnitzel. All three noticed the same problems; the "schnitzel" was apparently an industrial product straight from the freezer. Ten years ago we also had the schnitzel. Back then it was prepared properly. Now it's something...read full review
