You got rid of Stacy Armstrong which is the only reason we came there so we won't ever be back. You're going to lose a lot of business based on the choices you've made since last year.

Pros: 1. Tasting fee waived with any bottle purchase. This is actually wonderful because bottles start at only $35. Without purchase it's $25. Actually very reasonable for wines of this caliber. In Napa if they waive fees at the better places it's typically 2 bottles purchase. 2. Tasting room was nice and the pourer was nice and helpful although not particularly knowledgeable. I asked her several questions of their wines she did not know the answer to. However she did recommend a great place for dinner. 3. Wines themselves are quite good but in my opinion they are priced a little high for what they are. I go to many family run wineries in Sonoma that are similar and present better value. I suspect this is due to the high cost of operating 3 tasting rooms rather than just one located at the vineyard. I ended up buying one bottle each of their top tier Cabernet, Ill Nefer and their next top Cabernet, Electrum. Cons: 1. Their purchase list offered the 2019 Electrum at $85 the same price as the 2020. However they refused to sell it to me saying it was reserved for their list members since they only had 4 bottles left. The young lady helping us called someone and they told her not to sell it. Very unprofessional 2. The paper bag they gave me to hold the $225 worth of wine is absolutely pathetic. You will never see that in Napa/Sonoma. Leaving the store I walked 2 blocks and the bag broke breaking the 2020 Electrum. Not happy. Get it together guys. Get a properly made cloth or canvas bag to give to your customers.

Outstanding wines in a cozy atmosphere.

We had SUCH a nice time here - it was on the hot side outside and inside it was nice and cool. We found a nice comfy couch area to taste, and were greeted and served right away. The wines were good, albeit pricey for what they are (tasting fee is also up there); however, I'm still going with 5 stars because of the service and ambiance. Dogs ARE allowed :)

We love the Cab that was served last night 12/27/2022 was the perfect acidity you'll need and it gives you that gorgeous tannic finish from the Malbec. The berries and hint of spice gave it the full body that's definitely going to make every sip wanting you to take another. Finally, I would say that the Vanilla gave the wine the over all balance. Smell and Color is just beautiful, this Cabernet bottle belongs to every table anywhere - a full 3/5 stars for the wine. Minus 2 stars for service- the most description we got was "this is your first red wine" " your second .. and so on" Approachable at a very minimum - "you can sit at that table because that's the only one clean now" . Zero interest in wine and would need service training/experience. The wine and who pours the wine is such an important experience all together.

The wine was great but compared to other tastings over priced and super light pours. The server seemed to be more concentrated on flirting with a man at the bar- felt neglected. Don't go here over other Leavenworth spots

Walked in for a 30 minute tasting with 8, no one in the tasting room. The gal there was slightly rude saying because we had 8 we were required to all get tastings and we have certain Obelisco Wines we were hoping to get a couple bottles to share and some to go. She mentioned it a second time almost forcing us to get tastings over bottles and said she was about to get "really busy" so she more or less pushed us out. Not a great experience, planning to buy a bottle to go myself and potentially friends. Probably need to figure out some customer service things, hundreds of dollars lost at 11:15-11:30 on a Sunday morning.

We enjoyed all the wines in the tasting but I especially loved the Rose, which is totally unlike me. Nice atmosphere and informative staff.

Big, comfy chairs, sweet old dog named Larry, and very friendly service. I very much enjoyed the malbec. It's also nice that they're open until 7!

Seth was cool and politely put up with all us girls and our annoying ridiculous antics with couth. Thanks Seth

Red wine was very good!

Rude hole in the wall. Politely asked for both a mask and vaccine card (nobody with a glass wearing one anyway). While I am vaccinated I do not have it with me or believe in mandatory requirements so I said no thank you and walked off. While leaving the bartender said for all to hear "gross". Though angry we took the higher road. My Covid infested money will go elsewhere

Went here today and there was no customer service by the lady that was there. We were the only group there and lady didn’t even bother telling us anything about the wine or the winery. Just focused on whether we needed our next pour and went back on her phone. She was trying to make a reservation for somewhere while we were there. We wanted to do the extended wine tasting, but she couldn’t figure out how to do something as just kept rambling on about it. Never heard of a winery not being able to open up a bottle for a tasting.

Good wine but poor customer service. Focus was one one group who shared the wine servers outside activities. Don't go here for quick service. We sat here ignored for 20 min.
