I was there with my kids and staff was very rude to my kids as they were not even disturbing anyone. Staff disrespected me and my family. It was very poor experience. Very unprofessional staff as this city is for tourists and as a tourist i didn’t expect to have that this much negative experience. 👎🏻

Today I went with Starbucks with my kids and my kids was just walking normal without any disturbance and but stl the target my kids when I try to speak normally then lady start to shout on my sister and said get out from here which is very disrespectful I am no more fan for Starbucks and I so never g in any Starbucks in my life it’s hard to see star bucks staf in this way the lady in spax were t loud eve the people around said she is very disrespectful but still that girl in attitude and no sorry feeling please people who have kids don’t go there hey people donot like kids

During our stay in Leavenworth, we visited this Starbucks both before heading out of town and throughout our trip. We used the Starbucks app to place our order and picked up our drinks through the window. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I must say, I had some of the best drinks I've ever had from any Starbucks location!

Stopped in this morning to take a call before continuing over Blewett… Sat down in the comfy chair in the corner then ordered on mobile. After a few minutes, a barista or perhaps a manager walks over… puts a glass of ice water down beside me (and next to the mocha I had just picked up). He says, “oh, I wasn’t sure if you got a drink so I wanted to bring this over…”
That, friends, is not only service, but kindness, humanity, thoughtfulness and heart. Thank you to the town where I was born and the people in it…
Service sub par this morning was fabulous stopped in to get a dessert for my birthday was rung out waited 19 minutes while employees just chatting when up and the gal said oh didn’t know you were ordering I said already ordered and paid just need my brownie and lemon loaf she got huffy put in bags stormed over to copy there Nd threw them. Never been treated that way my husband got upset and the gal said you can’t talk to me that way not sure how hard it is to bag a pastry pretty sure she soured me on Starbucks. Never again

Would be a 4 star had the order taker been able to spell Kiera even remotely close but instead we got Cura…??♂️lol. Cool Starbucks though, love the elk horn chandeliers. My daughter ordered the new melon burst energy drink, went in the garbage not a block later. Win some loose some. Tasted pretty gross.
