This location needs serious changes, very small location compared to the place it’s located. One customer restroom and another reserved for staff! (So unusual and unfortunate). It’s staff short specially for weekend evening time.huge waiting for getting a table to seat and get your order.

Starbucks Leavenworth definitely worth the visit even if it’s only for the aesthetic. We dropped in one evening after our walk just to check out merch and one latte then came back for “red cup” day and ordered two seasonal holiday drinks. Also, aside from Disneyland & Downtown Disney, I don’t think I’ve been at other Starbucks that’s opened from 5a-9p. Much love and props to all the staff! Plenty of seating inside whether you’re meeting up with a friend or the squad!

It’s a Starbucks so you know what you are getting. But they do match it to the whole theme of the town, so it’s really cute inside. Service was great, drinks were as expected.

While it’s super neat that Starbucks has a location here in Leavenworth, WA. We were disappointed. I wish I wanted to give it more stars but here is why I’m giving it 3 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️. The internet does not work and really never has, they have WiFi but it does not work, so you cannot bring your laptop in. The wait time on our coffees was way too long, and everyone else was waiting as well for long periods of time. Customers seemed not very happy. We also ordered a venti cold brew but only 3/4 of the cup was filled up.

This is “hands down” the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to… (and I’m from Seattle, one of my best friends used to manage one of the original stores downtown by the Wa Mutual Tower & the Litigator I used to paralegal for in college became their General Counsel). So yeah, I grew up w Starbucks & drink A LOT of coffee (mostly black Nitrobrew), 😂 I will just take an IV bag, please & thanks… LOL!

(As a side note, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited was in London but we’ll get to that review later…)

So this cute little Leavenworth location is ADORABLE, and ohhhhhh so comfy! (Especially when you’re stuck on the pass coming over for 2 extra hours because of an accident.) This is a great place to get your coffee & snacks, sit down & just “chill.”

The inviting decor, comfortable seating, clean environment and ample, kind staffing really make this place extra special “sparkly.” I personally can’t get enough of the faux antler lighting! (Cheesy probably anywhere else but so whimsical & fun at this site.) Seriously, whoever designed this store should design ALL their stores! It’s really nice to have the expected “corporate schematic” but to also add elements of the local community in a playful way like this that makes a particular store memorable; it’s becoming a need as we’re to that point as there are so many similar stores that they’ve all become a forgettable “blur.”

(Enjoyed my Nitrobrew w pumpkin foam but once again I say “half of the foam” & they make it cloying sweet w a full portion… oh well..)

In summary…
This spot is very convenient, has a drive thru, free parking & plenty of seating. Worth a stop… then please shop at the small independent stores once you have your coffee. Your purchases could potentially “make or break” a “Mom & Pop” stores’ season. (Wine tasting? Try Icicle Ridge!)

Bummed my birthday coffee order was redeemed via the app. Showed up at the store drive through to find it blocked and then had to find parking (not easy) to go in - only to find it closed early (according to Google) with new hours posted on a sheet of paper in the window. Workers in the store would not look at me or answer the phone. Wow - you can only use that redemption that specific day - happy birthday to me 😢

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in!! And I’ve been in many. Not very crowded. 4 employees doing drinks. Wait of 25+ minutes. Not sure what the problem is but our extremely busy Starbucks in mill creek can handle much more business in a fraction of the time. ( And there was no drive up business to complicate. ). Oh my

Nice predictable chain location at the edge of the village area with 2 hours of complimentary customer parking. They were fairly busy when we arrived which probably explains the dirty table we used but it was otherwise a good rest location. The parking spots are quite tight right out in the front so beware!

Nice cozy Starbucks. But quite disorganized for doing the drinks.

Definitely they didn’t do the drinks by order.

We ordered two different refreshers, and waited around 20 drinks between 1st and 2nd one. It’s really hard to understand why.

I normally go here everyday and never have too big of issues but recently on this past Sunday I placed a mobile order at 9:48am and went in around 10ish to pick it up when they told me they hadn’t received it yet so I looked on my app and saw it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes so I headed to work and came back an HOUR later and my food and drinks had just been put up recently as my eggs bites were still warm, I understand places get busy but an hour wait for a mobile order when people who are placing their orders in person are not waiting that long is a bit ridiculous. I had to flag down one of the baristas when I came back to let them know my drink was in the drive thru holder and I got cut off and ignored until she eventually went to grab it without asking or saying anything further other than asking if I had already gotten my oatmeal which I said yes because everything was in my bag. I got to work and opened my oatmeal container to it being empty. I then realized they just stuck the bag of dry oatmeal in the bag for myself to prepare which shouldn’t be the case as I requested it to be prepared with Oatmilk and they didn’t even give me Oatmilk on the side to prepare it myself. Highly dissatisfied with how the service was this day and hoping it was just an extremely off day but again I go here just about every day and didn’t feel it was right to have all of that happen.

The service was fine, the wait time was short, the quality of the product was awful. When your drink has to be made numerous times because the employees are more worried about being *fast* than they are about a quality product. One of our drinks had to be made multiple times because of lack of attention. For example, letting the shots go completely black and still putting them in a drink? Not ok. The customer shouldn't have to ask for that to be remade. If you pull shots and walk away then come back to black, just start over. The other 4 drinks from our group were also burnt and stale. I would recommend this location if you wanted a glass of water. But coffee? Go without. You're better off.
