We showed up on Sunday around 7:15 online said closed at 10 the young man was cleaning no customers that is fine my husband and I waited almost five minutes at the order sign no acknowledgment the worker looked at me and headed back we waited approx another three minutes I finally gave up we went and purchased items from the convenience store side where the cashier told us they closed at eight such a sad experience all I wanted was some dinner after traveling.

Extremely Rude staff, especially the lady. Cancelled our in app order, which I understand they don’t accept coupons. However they should work with their franchise to stop accepting the coupons for their store in-app also, Instead of canceling the order once you reach the store. We had to wait in line and reorder in store. They are stingy with veggies and their store lacks basic hygiene. Unfortunately due to dietary restrictions, we had no other options.

The food is great, service is unacceptable. I asked to see where the lids were, and he rolled his eyes and then started talking to his coworker. I waited 3 minutes for him to stop talking, and then I just left without a lid. He didn’t even glance over once. My mom also ordered a sub with spinach, and they gave her cucumbers. Will not be coming back.

Walk 20 minutes to Sunway at 8.09pm to find out they closed at 8, even tho Google says 10..Didn't seem like the worker wanted to work so she lied to us

Was there few weeks ago. Did take out. 1st bite I felt something wasn't right I and another one just to make sure. Turkey ham was spoiled it was the most disgusting sandwich. Went back for a refund and the guy super rude so as his manager over the phone. I brought the whole sandwich back, told him to try it as he was keep saying all day they were serving these sandwiched and no complaint. I told him don't care but my sandwich is spoiled and can't eat it, said he Won't try it as he is vegetarian and would not refund or apologized. Also way over priced , my friend had a vegetarian sandwich for the same price as I for turkey Ham. Save yourself and go eat something real good somewhere else.

My experience was terrible. The Italian Herbs and Cheese bread barely had any cheese and was burnt on the outside. The worker added on very little of the good tasting ingredients and stuffed it up with the cheap ingredients like lettuce. It was the worst Subway I've ever eaten. The worker cheaped out on ingredients and made the sandwich taste terrible. Plus, it was way overpriced compared to other subways. I was charged about $13.50 for a Veggie Delight. I hope this subway goes out of business with that kind of service.Vegetarian options: They cheaped out and the taste was the worst Subway experience I've ever had.

Guy serving me wasn't very nice at all. Had to ask woman at front if there was anyone working as he was in the back doing who knows what. Woman at front was on her phone the whole time talking to a friend or someone. Just terrible service.

Never missed Going to this location. One stop for your most of travel needs. Has good selection of beers. Restroom for paid customer only. Pay for parking option. Has gas station as well. Nice place to get smoke and snacks. Visit and Support local business.
